"Here's a new song I'm working on. This is after playing with it for about an hour total; I originally was playing it on my Wurlitzer 207VA without effects and it has a bit of a different feel. I may multitrack that part back in.

More music, videos, games, recipes, etc. are available on my website:
http://www.earth2willi.com

I'm playing a Wurlitzer 206 electric piano, Hohner D6 clavinet, and Hammond CV organ. These are routed to my Mackie 1604VLZ, which in turn routes everything into my effects chain (Moog Moogerfoogers; MF101 Low Pass Filter into MF104z Analog Delay into MF105 MuRF). I monitor on a pair of JBL 15" Eons and multitrack recorded at 96khz via a Digidesign 002 running into Logic Pro 7.2 running on a MacBook Pro 17" Santa Rosa with 2gb RAM. Audio was mixed, EQ, and a Space Designer reverb was added, as well as the delay feedback effect at the end. Some work was needed to minimize the overdriven levels the Clavinet was recorded at. Video was captured using the MacBook Pro's built in iSight camera at 1280x1024 resolution, 29.97fps. The iSight does not seem to actually sample at this rate, though, and it's motion quality is somewhat blurry. Video was edited in Final Cut Pro, titles were done using LiveType, and final compositing and visual effects created with After Effects at 640x480 (I would have preferred NTSC DV resolution, but YouTube elects to resize the video rather than crop it). Compressed with H264 codec the final video is about 84MB."

"Short Video showing how the MIDI Sysex update feature works.
It also shows the new load/store button function and two new features, 8 sequencers and the next sequence is loaded at the end of the current sequence loop."

Ratchet Sequence with a Doepfer MAQ16/3

YouTube via attorks
"Investigated ratcheting with a Doepfer MAQ16/3. Something which seems easy with a Synthesizers.com Q960 sequencer. Found out that it can be done on a Doepfer MAQ16/3 but it is not as flexible as with an Q960 setup."

KORG Mono/Poly

images via this auction
"This synthesizer has had it's large power supply caps replaced & all contacts cleaned by Analog Synth Service in Oakland. I hear a small bit of noise that is gated (behind the VCA)- I was told that the filter chip is a likely culprit. However, it hasn't bothered me enough to justify opening the synth up but I'm including two SSM 2044 chips that I bought for exactly that purpose. Note that despite having 4 VCOs that can be played polyphonically, they all share a single VCF chip.
What's included:
- the Korg Mono/Poly synthesizer
- two rare extra SSM2044 filter chips (NOS, untested but purchased by a reputable eBay seller)."
