"WOW! For this synth to be free is kinda… well… insane. I’ve paid good money for synths that are half as good as Automat. This synth is quickly becoming my ‘go to’ synth for nearly any sound imaginable. If you don’t have it already… what the hell are you waiting for?"
YouTube via vcovcfvca Voyager lead over a Monomachine and Machinedrum bed. I went a little (too much) "Boards of Canada" with the mod wheel on the solo here a few times but I still like the overall sound. Enjoy!"
Voyager+MD
"Voyager "drone" with some LFO and other modulations and a simple MD beat that was then tweaked a bit here and there. Also includes some Voyager filter tweaking via the touch surface controller."

More info on the software at processing.org "Processing is an open source programming language and environment for people who want to program images, animation, and interactions. It is used by students, artists, designers, researchers, and hobbyists for learning, prototyping, and production. It is created to teach fundamentals of computer programming within a visual context and to serve as a software sketchbook and professional production tool. Processing is an alternative to proprietary software tools in the same domain.
Processing is free to download and available for GNU/Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows. Please help to release the next version!"
Posting this one under something to do / try with our synths. I added a Video Processing label below. If you know of others, feel free to comment and/or send them in. Note I want to limit this to visual programs that you can use WITH your synths. Real time processing is better.
YouTube via tyhodson "New video for the track '6 cycles 7' from an upcoming album by square_wave. The audio is comprised of two tracks of dotcom modular synth (low frequency rumble and slowly modulating resonant drone), processed hand-held radio, TR-606, and Serge modular synth (the drip-drop ploppy sounds). All analog, of course. The track is inspired by early 'Back & Forth'-era Skinny Puppy and other minimal electronic music of the late 70s/early 80s. The video is very much an homage to the cut-up video work and visual stylings of Cabaret Voltaire's Doublevision period. http://sublevel9.net"
"This shows a Yamaha CS01 having a Highly Liquid Midi mod added. The kit was shipped quickly and was easy to put together. For those of you that have a CS01 and are handy with a solder iron I highly recommend the conversion."
YouTube via Rhythmicons "This is an instrumental improvisation featuring the MicroMoog, MiniMoog Voyager, CP251 Freqbox Ringmod Delay and THeremin. THe MicroMoog's audio is running through the Freqbox and Ringmod and Delay out to the PA. CP 251 is sending sample and hold to the Freqbox. The Voyager is running directly to the pa with a little reverb. The theremin is running into a Roland Cube 30 Bass amp (for delay) and to the PA. Hope you enjoy, the camera stopped the video after 29 Minutes."
YouTube via GVNZ9 "Demo of one XR VCO. The signal pass thru a 24 dB LP filter (left full open) and a VCA. Inside my synth there are two of those VCO, but during this themo you will hear only one.
YouTube via analogueak "I say a few things about the patch at the beginning- the main difference in this video is the delay time modulation using the drum trigger and doepfer sequencer. A voltage controlled oscillator (in it's low range) has it's square wave output routed to the trigger/sample hold input of the rds8000 digital delay. This oscillator's pitch is controlled by the doepfer sample and hold module which is triggered by the clock divider and has random voltage for it's source. So, the time of the delay is changed with each hit of the drum trigger. I took a few minutes to get the doepfer and the juno sort of harmonizing before I filmed a short improvisation. me gusta automation."
