Korg MS03 Signal Processor Demo

YouTube via dragonfly2270 | July 01, 2010

"This is a demo of my Korg MS03 Signal Processor for sale on Ebay."

via this auction

"The Korg MS-03 vintage monophonic pitch to voltage converter interface. This unit produces VCO CV (control voltage) signals and trigger (gate) signals so that you can use another synth’s audio output ,an electric guitar, microphone, or other transducer output (from an acoustic instrument, for example) to "play" a synthesizer. A variety of remote control input jacks let you use foot switches for more freedom and flexibility during live performance. With this amazing unit you can instantly put together your own guitar synthesizer, vocal synthesizer, etc., by simple connection with any synthesizer equipped with VCO CV IN (Roland Oct/V or Korg and Yamaha Hz/V)and TRIGGER (Gate) IN input jacks.

This unit is in perfect working condition.I have posted a video on You Tube demonstrating the unit in action – I patch a Korg MS20’s audio output into the MS03 which then sends CV and trigger signals to a Korg Monopoly synth."

Folktek Arts Drone Scape

via the Folktek Arts blog

"The Drone Scape by Arius Blaze - an ongoing series of works intended specifically for a broad range of drone - from lo-fi to extremely rich and lush, similar in nature to the Drum Scape series, though also quite different from any other folktek work. On the other hand, it's also capable of glitch, bleeps and blips, odd beats, shifting arpeggiation and all varieties of noise.

The Drone Scape X (one of four identical works) can be found here;

This piece is capable of all of the same sounds and has the same controls."

Jenny Omnichord’s Baby Bump

Found this one searching Omnichord pics for the last post.

via Exclaim News:

"While most expectant new moms have enough on their minds, Jenny Omnichord (aka Jenny Mitchell of the Barmitzvah Brothers) is already plotting a double release for her unborn son’s due date. No, not twins; to celebrate her child’s birth, scheduled for September 27, Mitchell plans to simultaneously release an album of original children’s songs, written and sung with an impressive list of friends and collaborators."

Anyone ID the kit? The labels on flickr have omnichord.

Update: It's a Suzuki Tronichord. You can see Martin Gore of Depeche Mode with one in this post.

Studio Electronics Omega 8

A couple of demos below featuring the Omega 8 in via Mr. Array of Ocean Orbit. Note this Omega 8 is up for sale here.

"This one has a nice custom chrome face and an extra filter installed on voice one. The standard filters across the 4 voices are the Moog and SEM combo. I believe that the extra filter on voice 1 is an ARP filter. It certainly doesn't sound like a 303 filter to me, and it's in the AUX1 slot, which rules it out being a CS-80 filter, which can only fit into Aux 2."
