Haible (JH.) String Filter Prototype

via this auction

"This is my Prototype of the "String Filter" Project

It's tested, adjusted, and consists of two populated PCBs

For building a complete synthesizer module, some diy work is still needed, connecting front panel elements (not included), but the populated and tested PCB will certainly make the DIY efforts a lot easier than usual."

Phisynth - Max/MSP Synth Featured on Cycling '74

via Philippe

"This instrument was created as part of our latest dance spectacle Absorbe-moi

The starting idea was to create an instrument dealing with sound synthesis and reacting directly with the movement of the 2 dancers. Their movement is tracked live and analyzed by another computer, then the main characteristics of it (X position, Y position, Height, Width, X gravity, Y gravity, speed and luminosity) is smoothed and transmitted as normalized data into the synth and used (of course with some latency) to modulate any selectable parameter of the sound in real time (external modulation sources 1 to 8).

Inspired by some of the tools I regularly use and love (Access Virus TI, Nord Modular G2, Native Instruments FM8 and Massive) I soon began to build my dream synth, with all the features I wanted, some of those only partially available in the products mentioned above.

YouTube via acidjack303 | February 04, 2011 |

"This is the first run / tewst of my brand new OSC303 module.
It is a 1:1 rebuilded TB 303 Oscilator made by dinsync.info
I triggered it with a doepfer a155 , and i used a doepfer ADSR and a A103 filter from doepfer. i just played around with it so it´s not a 100% Tb 303 patch. i will figure the right settings out and post some more videos."

KORG M1R-EX M1 rack mounted synth

via this auction
"The Korg M1R is pretty much an M1 without the keyboard. It can do everything the M1 can. The layout is similar to the M1 and it even has the M1's built in sequencer.

The M1R EX is a M1R with double the internal Multisound ROM (8 meg vs. 4 meg). This is the same Multisound ROM found in the T-Series. The M1R EX was sold new and as an upgrade for the standard M1R. Because of this the synth may or may not be labeled as an EX model.

Since the M1R EX is the top of the line rackmount synth in the M/T Series line it is sought after by those who want the "M/T Sound" but don't have space for the full sized board."
