"JONO is a software musical instrument inspired by modular synthesizers. By providing mixture of classical and experimental elements it can serve as an interesting addition to your setup or as a standalone tool."
The sound starts with pair of oscillators, modulated by the layered LFO and the sequencer. Each oscillator has a couple of ranges and waveshapes, but the real treat is the LFO modulation, which allows you to mix three different LFOs into patterns and rhythms in a very simple yet powerful interface enhanced by the oscilloscope.
The mix of these oscillators passes through the state-variable filter, which is modulated by yet another layered LFO, offering three standard filter functions - lowpass, highpass and bandpass.
At the end of the signal chain you can find a stereo echo and a recorder - for recording short bits of your work right away, without connecting additional software.
The sequencer works as you expect it to - providing control over the amount of steps, variable loop length and the speed for each sequence (two sequencers for two oscillators).."
Alien Languages By Richard Devine by moogmusicinc
"Alien Languages, is an experimental Acousmatic acoustic piece done entirely with just one iPad and Animoog. No plug-ins, editing, or extra sound sources were used for this recording. The demo track was to show how the sounds might be used for creating new sound effects, and electronic textures."
You can find the expansion pack on Moog Music here. Click on the Sound link when you get there for more demos.

"Boss "New Scene" 1986: The DR-110's memory can store up to 32 different rythm patterns, letting the user program 2 complete songs, each up to 128 measures in length. LCD for displaying rhythm pattern."
Check out the wheel controls on it. It's not clear if this one is additive based or if the wheels adjust timbre. The description from ruskeys.net implies it's capable of more than just organ sounds as well: "Junost-70 is a multi-voice instrument. The voices can be changed, depending on the genre of a performed work and the will of a performer, with the help of knobs of the octave sound synthesis. In such a case, sounds from one or several octaves are added in different proportion to a basic sound, which makes it possible to smoothly vary a timbre colour over a wide range, providing sounds that are characteristic for various genres, from pop and folk music to organ works. It may be used as an accompanying or solo instrument, depending on the will of a performer. The device is equipped with a "glissando" unit, which is switched on by the button situated in the lower part of the case. The volume control is carried out with the help of a foot pedal."
If anyone knows what this is capable of, feel free to chime in.
