"I ran the unit in test mode, and it seems like voice chips number 3, 4 and 6 is not working properly, with voice chip number 2 having hanging note. Also in filter test, voice chips number 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 weren't making sound.
Another issue with this is that the bender seems a little bit loose, and LFO Trig bend is not working. However its working fine on sideways bend ( DCO & VCF). Everything else should be working well to the best of my knowledge, all the keys and buttons and sliders, as well as preset memories and writing function working fine."

"This ARP Omni-2 Synthesizer has some issues. THere are some sticky keys and controls. The bass patches seem to work but the synth and string sounds do not. The case has some scratches and other cosmetic blemishes. As such, this Omni 2 is sold AS IS. This could make a great DIY project for someone with the necessary skills to repair a device like this or it could be used to repair or maintain another ARP Omni-2..."

"Sonic Charge Permut8 lets you modulate, manipulate and mangle your audio in countless ways through the combination of some basic but unique building blocks. The sound of Permut8 is is inspired by primitive digital hardware. Raw and complex but noisy and warm at the same time. Permut8 was launched on August 13, 2012."
"Permut8 is an effect plug-in that embraces the sounds of primitive signal processing hardware. At its core is a 12-bit digital delay with variable sample rate from 0 to 352 khz. The delay is controlled by a programmable processor that allows you to change and modulate the delay time with various "operators". The input and output stages offers virtual analog components for saturation, limiting and filtering. The sound of Permut8 is raw and complex but noisy and warm at the same time.
