KNAS Ekdahl Moisturizer

"Barely used, this is the tuxedo model with black and white knobs. basically, the ekdahl moisturizer is a spring reverb where the springs are exposed so they can be played/hit/fiddled with. as well as being capable of creating sound in itself, you can of course also play sound through the springs like a regular spring reverb - this makes for happy-fun-time finger-modulation of the reverb on whatever audio that's going through it. on top of this there's an analog multimode filter that can be used to attenuate or exaggerate certain frequencies in the sound, this is real handy while playing the springs as you can - for instance - cut all the highs and just make thunderous doomy sounds or do the opposite; cut all the lows and make that ear piercing high frequency special love. also, it incorporates an lfo that's internally routable to the filter and that also has some external routing-stuff. the ekdahl moisturizer has tons of cv / expression pedal options on the back for even more hillarious moments. the moisturizer is a mono unit.

the moisturizer was developed with the help of jason willett (half japanese, leperchaun catering), martin schmidt (matmos, instant coffee), joshua atkins (polygons, major powers), mom & dad and many more - thanks y'all!

what's in the box:
the ekdahl moisturizer contains exactly:
preamp (up to 10 times gain)
reverb
reverb / preamp wet/dry crossfader (knob & cv/ep controllable)

state variable filter with
lowpass/bandpass/highpass seamless crossover (knob, cv/ep & lfo controllable)
cutoff (knob, cv/ep & lfo controllable)
resonance (without resonance limiter)

lfo with
speed control (knob & cv/ep controllable)
square / triangle crossover
external output with output amplitude knob

filter / no filter wet/dry crossfader (knob & cv/ep controllable)"

Video at the auction and previously posted here.

"Up for sale is a very rare Hammond 102100. It is a single oscillator analog monophonic synth made in the mid 70's (1974?) by Hammond Japan. It was originally meant to be a preset synth that would sit atop your Hammond organ. Supposedly there were only 200 ever produced, and there are probably less than 50 in working condition. So I would say it is extrememly rare to find one in this condition. It is much like the other early mono preset synths from the same era: Arp Pro Soloist, Moog Minitmoog, Moog Satellite, Roland SH-1000, Korg Micropreset & Minikorg. All great synths, but this may be the hardest to find.

It is100% functional. All keys work perfectly, no messed up key contacts, sliders move easily, no broken buttons. Very very clean/good physical condition. There is a chip to the wood paneling pictured below. Other than that there is barely a scratch on it.

How it works: There are six factory presets. French Horn, Tuba, Violin, Sax, Clarinet, Solar Echo. These are selectable via the buttons on the right. To the left you have a programming matrix, with buttons for all the functions. The matrix has sections for the following functions: Waveform, octave (3 octave keyboard with 6 octave selectable range), Filter (7 filter envelope positions), Cutoff, 3 Filter Modulations, Envelope, Attack Speed, VCA envelope release, pitch modulation, and vibrato contact delay.

Each button is numbered, so actually remembering a preset is quite easy. You just write down the 7 digit number of all the buttons that were depressed.

Final, but important, note: The power supply is European. It reads 230v 50-60khz 20va. I tested the synth with a basic step up transformer and it worked great."

Arp 2600 TONUS Logo

"For sale is a rare Arp 2600 TONUS logo grey face synthesizer, 2600 V2.0, dating from around 1971-1972. It has the Tonus logo and VCO4027, these early Arp's are highly sought after for their superior sound to the later versions. Just got it back from servicing, and it is fully functional and sounds amazing! Only issue is it is missing one slider cap. Regarding cosmetics; the tolex is very worn, with some stenciling on the outside, and peeling on the inside. The front panel is in pretty good shape. Includes keyboard with matching serial number, along with power cable and patch cables (not pictured). See pictures below for more details. It does have one mod: the keyboard connector is slightly different and more secure than the standard 6 pin version which is notorious for not working well."

Casio DZ-1 Rare Trigger/Audio-to-MIDI Unit with Original Box

"This is a unit with multiple uses. Of course it can be used as a traditional unit where you plug in drum trigger pads and use the MIDI from the DZ-1 to play a drum machine/rack module/synth. There are other uses that may not seem obvious at first. The way I used it is by hooking up my TR-808 and a couple of it's individual outs into the DZ-1, then from the DZ-1 to a sampler with some DMX samples. You could also do this with a 909, 707, and any other drum machine that may not be able to trigger MIDI notes normally. On the DZ-1 you can also change the MIDI note assigned to each of the 8 inputs so I also used my 808 indi outs to play notes on my Novation Bassstation synth. 8 notes isn't a lot but perfectly capable of making some great basslines. I'm sure there are other uses too, as it does also do MIDI velocity. The unit works great and includes the manual, original box, ac adapter, and of course the unit itself."
