"Modular SK-1 modification with custom paint by Diabolical Devices. This thing is nuts! There is an endless variety if glitches and unique synth sounds. Modifications include (from left to right)

(24) point ROM bending patch-bay. This patch bay will generate tons of playable bends, bizarre sounds, and messed up beats. The 1/8" jacks are backlit with multicolored LEDs which react and change based on What you are playing.

Assignable switches: there are (4) patchable toggle switch and (2) patchable momentary toggle switches.

3- stage square wave synth: this will work as a stand Synth with 1/4" output, the output can be patched to rom points an will cause various reactions and bends, (1/8" jack below patchable switch is also output of synth) or it can be used to modulate the pith control for the SK-1.

Mater Pitch control affects all sounds, it features a bypass switch and status LED.

Sampling input has been moved to the panel. Sampling the square wave synth makes for a lot if fun...
Below sampling input is main power switch an power LED.

Midi: MIDI input will trigger any if the keys on the SK-1 and has MIDI CH selector switches capable of any channel 1-16.

Main Audio Output: This 1/4" jack is the main output for the Casio SK-1. The Original speaker is still installed and working, when this 1/4" out is used the speaker is automatically disconnected.
Below this the DC power Jack has been relocate to panel.

The Last few pics are of the ROM reactive LED backlight. It is a lot of fun to watch.

"It is in very good condition for a synth that's around 30 years old: the faceplate is in very good condition with no major scratches or blemishes; the keys are undamaged; the 'wooden' casing has only very minor damage (see detailed photos below). Overall this is an incredibly tidy monster synth.

It's just been serviced, calibrated and PAT-tested by James Walker at Synth Repair Services - so is working flawlessly.

There are no known faults with this synth - in use, wheels, switches and pots move smoothly and noiselessly..."
