DEATH INTERNETZ Guitar Synth by Cat Full of GHOSTS!!!

DEATH INTERNETZ Guitar Synth by Cat Full of GHOSTS!!! from Cat Full of GHOSTS on Vimeo.

"a prototype for seb, hoping to kick-starter it later this year.

Turns your smooth guitar waves into harsh square waves!!!!

Its a heavily modded PWM circuit based on a schematic from the great Tim Escobedo
But its got :
Pulse width Modulation
Power starve of the hex inverter, for dirt and malfunction or pulled all the way down its a nice overdrive distortion.
waveshaper, almost sounds like a filter
lfo!!! (sqr type) driving PWM
Volume (it goes from silent, to very very loud!!!)
and sense threshold, for added noise on guitar pickups.

In this example i'm just running a sin-wave in."

Introducing ADDAC Voltage Controlled Stompboxes

via Addac Sys on Facebook

"These utility “Stompboxes” were developed thinking in guitar pedal setups and engineered to allow flexibility and new ways to interconnect them while preserving all of the input tone. We guarantee no tone difference when plugging instruments through them.

Vactrol based VCA at instrument level allows CV control over the audio signal of any of your pedals without the need to change from line to synth levels.

Due to the linear behaviour of our VCA, it allows to turn most expression pedals into one the best volume pedals you’ll ever experience. When using expression pedals they will offer smoother and better control of volume. This also means you won’t have the typical drastic boost at the end of the pedal.
