28-06-14 Daily Loops with the Yamaha AN1X

via Los Sabios Duendes on The MATRIXSYNTH Lounge

"Hello Matrix Friends! This Month in The Daily Loops Project have been working with my new synth: Yamaha AN1x, an instrument which he had wanted for some time and after a long search I got it. All loops of this month were created solely for this great synth, no EQ or effects, the direct sound from the synth to the audio interface. This is the loop today. On Monday I will post the playlist with the production of the month! Greetings from Barcelona! Marcelo Acosta."

"IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you use this loop in any creation you must remember that is published under a license: creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/

Thank you very much for listening to the loop of the day!

Yamaha AN1x Syntheziser.

The Daily Loops Project is an idea generated by the musician Marcelo Acosta, also known as "Los Sabios Duendes"(trad: The Wise Elves) All the days composes, records and publishes a loop in this site.

Musicians from all over the world download these loops and create new works from them which are then published on @daily-loops-the-works. The main idea of this project is the creation of a network intenacional creative exchange between composers.

If you want to be part of this project, follow these instructions:

1) Download a loop

2) Listen and fire your creative engine

3) Modify, add layers, experiment, play!

4) Create a new music

5) Share it! Send your work to: lossabiosduendes@gmail.com (REMEMBER: your work will be published under a license: creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/)

6) Join the network intenacional creative exchange between composers.

You are invited to join the project at any time!

Greetings!

Marcelo Acosta (a.k.a. Los Sabios Duendes)

"vintage analog stompbox preset style drum machine

Manufacture date: +-1980
Manufacture country: Japan
Type: Analog
Rhythms: 8 presets
Drum voices: 5 (bass drum, snare drum, claves, hihat, cymbal)

Early 80's rhythm box made by Japanese Sound Master. Battery powered.
Preset style drum box for collectors - near mint condition (in my opinion it's mint, looks like unused, but there are some very small flaws on the painting, probably from production, not by using).
This little showpiece comes with original box and new 9V alkaline battery.

There are three trimmers in this cute box - to set the claves sound's lenght (up to self-oscillation), sound balance (more or less snare and highs) and for tuning tempo."

Kaleidoscope : KORG DSN-12

"Remake of my former 'Kaleidoscope' tune with KORG DSN-12.
This "Kaleidoscope" tune was originally made for my experimental video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DgJjzf... ) with KORG Volca.
DSN-12 can use three FX (sound effect) at once and with this tune I used all three FX for delay effect., so this drum beats were the result of 3 of delays ;)
Recorded from Nintendo 3DS LL to ZOOM Q4 directly."

via the listing: "I took these pedals in for service three years ago. The man took them and then broke his hip and leg. I finally got them back and they were still apart. I gave them to another guy who kept them for over a year. I got most of the work needed done that they required but he didn't reconnect the pedal wires. This set powers up, the lights work, the pedal contacts are good, but I'm not sure how the three pedal wires hook up (they are shown in one of the images, zoomed in on the blue, green, and yellow wires). Have fooled around and gotten some sound, but need someone who knows what they're doing. I think that they are worth putting back together, I ran out of techs to work with here to get them at 100%." So in other words, these pedals are going to work if you or someone you know can figure out how to properly connect the yellow, blue, and green wires. Otherwise they are in amazing shape..."
