"This synthesizer is in great condition. It functions very well and all the controls and keys work and feel as they should. It was in storage for a long time by it's second owner. It has recently received a full complement of standard maintenance and is fully operational. Amazingly, this keyboard survived sitting in storage intact without any battery damage. It has had the nicad battery removed and the memory circuit has been professionally modified and now only requires a common cr2032 coin cell battery to retain it's patching memory. This battery is in a socket and can be changed easily when eventually needed. The factory patch memory banks have been loaded through the tape interface and will be included on a audio cd with the sale of the keyboard."

"The PS-3100 Analogue Synthesiser has monstrous polyphony - one built-in VCO, VCF, VCA, and EG for each of the keys on the keyboard for a total of 48 synthesizer circuits and polyphony! It's VCF has three resonant filters, plus there's a ring modulator, tremolo modulator, and LFO. Collectable and Rare ! I plugged it in and it powered right up... flashing lights for oscillators and other functions. it’s sold as is since i have no way of listening to it’s output. I’ve seen these go for a much higher price but because it has some cosmetic issues on the case i chose the starting price. One bid will win since there is no reserve!"

"Includes a Paca sound computation engine with two processors and 1 gigabyte of sample RAM, the Kyma X software (for both Windows and Macintosh platforms) with over 1000 presets and 350 prototypes, the Kyma X Revealed! book, a FireWire 800 cable (please select a FireWire 400 cable if your computer has a FireWire 400 port). Paca is ideal for keeping in a tight studio space or for traveling, since they are small and light enough to fit into a backpack, laptop case, or in a small rolling rack.

On the rear of the computer are 2 USB ports, 2 FireWire 800 ports, and a DC power plug that connects to an external power supply brick. The Paca communicates with the Kyma X software (Mac/Win) running via FireWire 800 (IEEE 1394B) or FireWire 400 (IEEE 1394A) using an 800-to-400 adapter cable. Audio and MIDI I/O is handled by an external FireWire or USB converter or through a Capybara-320 with Flame FireWire I/O for current Kyma owners. You can also connect additional USB MIDI controllers, such as keyboards or fader boxes, using the second USB port."
