"One-board-synth, hand-built by the brilliant Tom Bugs of Bugbrand in Bristol U.K. There were only 350 of these made back in 2009. When I bought the Weevil I was interested in producing/experimenting with noise music, but I never got together the other equipment I needed, and so the Weevil has been sitting in its box since 2009 more or less unused. It is in near mint condition(as the photos show), and is in complete working order.

It is very fun to play, packs a lot of power for its size, and has features, in particular the light sensors and touch pads, that mean it lends itself very well to audial-experimention.

The following link is to the Bugbrand website where you will find a full description of the features and specs, and also a video of the Weevil in action [here]"

"Another one of those great cheap and small modules and it's passive! So there's no strain on your power supply if you're stretching it in your case as many do. The VG2 is a dual passive low pass gate with tone control.

Korg Mono/Poly MP4 "Midipoly" upgrade- project teaser & prototype ARP2600 expander

Published on Jul 7, 2015 sounddoctorin

"Bob Weigel of http://www.sounddoctorin.com shows some installation tips re: the Midipoly upgrade which offers Midi, obviously, to the MP4 as well as several other features including use of velocity values to 15 which translate to codes that tell which VCO(s) to trigger! Also a hint of why I'm doing this. A brief look at the prototype for the ARP2600 expander that will add a fantastic capability to anything like the ARP2600 though I'm designing it specifically with that in mind. More to come! I'll put up a demo when I get it all working right!"
