Mid-Side processing is a powerful function and it allows for modulation of stereo width and turning mono sources into stereo sounds by processing the side output from a single mono module (like a buy one get one free for your FX which is ace!) There's also the Vector Space which pushing input voltages around both cuboid and spherical shapes to create multiple modulation sources from only a few inputs.
