"Very rare Triadex Muse Sequencer unit, built in Newton, Mass. Even more rare is the Lightbox add-on unit. Considering their age, both units are in very good condition. There are 4 issues to mention: The ‘Tempo’ fader knob is missing. Aside from affixing another similar knob to the fader hook, one can adjust the control with a thin rod, if need be. The internal speaker is not functioning. I always ran RCA’s out to a 1/4” to seperate amplification, as the internal speaker volume was rather low output. I will supply that cable in the purchase. There are also four dots drawn on the lower corner of the Lightbox. The B8 bulb on the actual sequencer has always been dim. This is the first sequencer of it’s kind ever built..."

"I'll start by saying, the new versions are def cool, but not even close in raw tone. The original is still the real deal. These are quirky, cool synths... the best of Japanese Filters for sure. Gritty, gnarly and more. Two OSCs of sweet tone. Notice there is no screw on the VCA section panel.. this is an original 35 filter version.. known to be much more aggressive in tone and much rarer than the latter filters : )"

"The Roland SH-101, released in 1982, is a Japanese-made analog subtractive monophonic synthesizer that helped define the sounds of a generation of electronic music, used by artists such as Devo, The Crystal Method, The Chemical Brothers, Aphex Twin, and more. The SH-101 boasts a 3-waveform oscillator with controls for an LFO, a VCF filter, an ADSR envelope, and more. The final touch is the ability to attach a modulation arm, allowing this synth to function as a "keytar". If you're looking for the real deal when it comes to iconic 80s synth sounds, look no further!

This synth is in excellent condition, though it does show minor signs of age, including few minor scratches, jack rust and scuffs on the body (please see photos). It has been tested by our professional technician and is working perfectly. Does not include AC adapter."
