"GS Apollo is an analog monophonic synthesizer featuring subtractive synthesis. The sound generation is entirely analog. It has two voltage controlled oscillators (VCO), a mixer, a voltage controlled filter and a voltage controlled amplifier (VCA). The control signals are digitally generated by a microcontroller, which is capable of processing three low frequency oscillators (LFO) and two ADSR envelopes (EG). It also features a digital effects processor with chorus ensemble and delay. At the end of the signal path, the analog signal and the processed signal are mixed by an analog mixer."

VCA envelope section with controls for attack, decays and sustain Includes envelope repeat for drones. The VCF section has switchable low-pass, band-pass and hi-pass filtering and resonance. The LFO has 6-waveform shapes to choose from. Other features include ring modulation and amp modulation, octave up/down switching, external audio inputs (to the VCF, ring/amp mod and VCA), a sustain pedal input and CV/Gate external control. It also has a controllable preamp stage built in. Also has a scaling feature to change the tuning scale between notes."
