"This is a truly legendary synth, that has arguably inspired entire genres of music. I still see them being used live by the likes of Sasha and Overmono, because it's simply unsurpassed in terms of the sounds it can create. This is the 37-key white-coloured Polar TI variant, which has a lovely keybed and mod-wheels, over and above the controls on the module which is shown in the video below.
It has virtual analog, FM, and morphing wavetable oscillators, and there are three in total, plus a sub oscillator — it's then 16-part multi-timbral, so it simply sounds like nothing else. There are loads of LFOs and literally any control can be mapped to a mod-source in the matrix."
