Standard Lody Acid - Sonicware CyDrums, Volca Bass, NTS-3
video upload by ChrisLody
"You may have noticed the complete lack of CyDrums tutorial on the channel despite being about 2 months since it was launched. Well events have conspired against me a bit on this one, I've just been too damn busy during the week and exhausted at the weekend to get it done. But, fingers crossed, I might have time to get it done soon.
With that in mind I thought it would be a good exercise to refresh my memory a bit on how it all works, so I plugged it in a within a few minutes I'd built a kit and I'd written a beat I really wanted to flesh out which is why this jam happened.
This is kind of my standard fare when it comes to jams like this. I think I've developed a bit of a groove that I tend to find comfy when it comes to the arrangement and I feel I was firmly sat in that today, hence the title. I probably need to learn some new tricks!
I've had the NTS-3 a while but it's not been used enough so far for me to really explore it so hopefully it will pop up more."

"Very good condition Prophet VS + its very rare original memory Cartridge. This one model is truly in a very very good cosmetic shape as shown on pictures. This prophet VS was serviced in 2018 and works fine thanks to a new bright OLED display, new CEM5530's, new Data Entry Slider, some new switches, ... The Prophet VS is a true 'classic-hybrid' of the early nineties with a very unique sound signature. This synth was the original Sequential's venture into the digital era, combining through vector synthesis, 127 digital wave forms with the famous analog filters and envelopes of the prophet 5 legacy. Add to this excellent recipe, a 'sequencer' allowing to combine and or record the 4 oscillators/wave forms and mix them in real-time with the joystick and you get into seriously creative avenues. The result is a wonderful instrument, covering with ease a vast sonic territory, and allowing to reach both very warm analog sounds, evolving pads and landscapes, as well as very rich metallic and bell-like sounds."

"20 voice Supernova in good shape. Virtual analog synthesizer introduced in 1998 featuring 8-part multitimbrality, and a rich effects section with reverb, delay, and distortion per part. Its flexible modulation, resonant filters, and three high-quality oscillators per voice make it ideal for lush pads, punchy basses, and evolving textures."

"Like a mini German tank. Super rare these days & so badass…
comes with 230 Volt to 12 Volt DC adapter, light, stand & mini patch cables and a aluminium case for safe transport to the next Gig .
A self-contained, analog modular synthesizer from Germany, made by Anyware Instruments:
Their aim was to be as small as possible, while also offering a lot of features and of course having a great sound. They were fully modular without any internal routings, so connections had to be made with the patch wires in order to make a sound. unfortunately discontinued and therefore VERY RARE !
HERES THE CHANCE TO GET ONE !
serial number: 134
Tinysizer:
2 X voltage controlled oscillator VCO - Oberheim SEM style
3 X suboscillators
1 X waveformprocessor/waveshaper
1 X voltage controlled filter, state variable VCF - Oberheim SEM style (with 4-input mixer)
3 X low frequency oscillator LFOs (with switchable frequency ranges)
4 X CV, 6x Gate, MIDI-CV interface
2 X mixer & inverter & overload - distortion
3 X multiples
1 X white noise & pink noise
1 X ringmodulator
1 X sample & hold s+h
4 X VCAs linear
1 X envelope follower & audio gate & microphone preamp
2 X ADSR envelope generator (fast & slow)
1 X control voltage CV - source
1 X DSP effect, reverb & delay (digital)
11 X patchable auxiliary in & outputs, bi - directional (to connect external gear)
The housing was made of metal with super sturdy, panel-mounted potentiometers. The synth came with a monitor stand to prop it up at an angle and a BNC gooseneck lamp, which could be attached to shine some light for patching. Patch leads came from Conrad and the patch sockets were the kind you'd find on floppy disk drive cables. Surprisingly, even after years of patching, I still haven't worn out any sockets."

"In this video, I'm playing some of my favorite Multi/Poly presets. It sounds really good!"
Learning The Multi/Poly: Waveshaper Oscillator
video upload by Alec Sea
"Join me on my quest to learn the new Korg Multi/Poly! In this video, I'm demonstrating the Waveshaper oscillator in the Korg Multi/Poly. I demonstrate the input oscillator and how different parameters affect it, I use the default Berkeley waveshaper to process the input oscillator, I assign an envelope to modulate gain into the waveshaper for a more dynamic sound and demonstrate a few different waveshapers.
