"SPV-355 pitch-to-voltage synth in in very good condition. This unit allows you to route a control cv to the filter via the front panel inputs which make for more animated sequences. Decay had been modified to act also as release as on a Moog. Vital for sequencing. Otherwise the sound would stop dead when the sequencer gate ends. Cosmetically very good except for a paint flake at the top of the right rack ear."

"PPG Synthesizer 1002 for sale serviced an comes with fligtcase Had this for almost 6 years and serviced by Stefan Hubner who has a deep understanding of PPG systems. Some things to observe, one underside key broken but doesn't affect play..these are originals. Jacks for CV, Gate and filter modulation have been added and adjusted to 1V/oct. 'The mains wiring has been re-done according to current safety expectations (not to say standards) including a 'pig tail' cable with an IEC male plug for easier connection. CV and Gate were never standard on the 1002 so the ones having it were all more or less hacks, especially when it comes to oscillator CV. One would expect 1V/octave with 0 volts at a defined note usually. For the 1002 without my modification this means you set the potentiometer on the back that usually came with CV in to track 1V per octave but then had to add an offset of something around 2 volts to reach the lowest C. My approach disconnects the keyboard instead of adding some external voltage somewhere and simulates exactly what the keyboard delivers starting at 0 volts for the lowest C. The connection is being made by a relay actuated by the contacts in the CV jack. By simulating the keyboard, all panel functions remain active on the external CV (glide, tune, modulation) Trigger/Gate is a voltage input (V-Trig) working from 5V up. The filter input only modulates the filter setting and is not intended to make the filter track, for this purpose you should rather use the panel knob that attaches the cutoff control to the keyboard CV.' No second chance listing on this."

"Original ARP Odyssey MKIII (2821) duophonic synthesiser, with full custom metal flight-case, and Kenton installed MIDI retrofit. Orange-on-black colour scheme. The Mk III features the four-pole '4075' filter, unbalanced XLR output, and PPC buttons. Some of the sliders are a little scratchy, but will use dry film lubricant to clean those up. Amazing cosmetic condition for age - faceplate easily a 9/10, no serious no dinks or chipped keys. That said, the leather sides are scratched in places, as you might expect for her age, but look more prevalent in the pics than with own eyes. Requires C13 female power plug. Collection from NW London near bottom of M1. Free delivery by car within M25. Delivery further afield might be possible by arrangement inc. fuel cost. I will be away until April 20th but everything will be ready to despatch on my return."

"I have this beautiful Vermona ER 9 drum machine for sale. It's in perfect collector's conditions. Case, guarantee, users manual, cable 5 din to jack included.

Pure analog sound. Everything works. One thing is the cowbell sound makes constant high pitch noise. It's quite common in these machines and easily fixable.

All sounds have individual volume control (like a KR-55 or Elka Drummer One), but rhythms can be combined by pressing multiple buttons, and (unlike for example the 60s/70s Roland beat boxes) when you press in one button the others do not pop out – so you can gradually layer up rhythms or remove them one by one from the mix."

VAST - Ambient Modular #1 // Arbhar, Moog Subharmonicon, Octatrack, Matriarch and Guitar

video upload by David Falcon

"It's been a while since the last video...
While I have continued to do my musical experiments I have not been able to find the time to record and edit these videos. During this time I have sold a large part of my collection of pedals to keep those that I consider essential, or at least those that I enjoy the most. Which has led me to want to start exploring another vast world, which is that of modular synthesizers.

Since I smell that this is another drug worse than pedals, I have limited myself to a 62u Intellijel 'skiff'. I have a very clear and concise setup idea: a sampler (Arbhar) and modules that complement it, whether control (Pamelas's New Workout at the moment) and effects (for now I don't have any, I'm processing the sound in the Octatrack and Ableton). The idea is to be able to capture any sound from the studio in the Arbhar and use it as a starting point for granular synthesis.

In this particular clip I'm using a voice sample, another metallic percussion sample, and a Subharmonicon drone. I couldn't resist and added a lead on the Matriarch and acoustic guitar. It's probably the starting point of a more complete song but we'll see.

Thanks for being on the other side!"

Instruō - Firmware V2.1 for arbhar & Lúbadh

video upload by Instruō

"Hello!
I am excited to introduce the V2.1 updates for both arbhar and Lúbadh.
These updates bring a whole new level of accessibility to preset management and customisation. The firmware now generates an interactive browser based Preset Editor directly on the USB drive. Integrated documentation, and convenient drop down options for parameter configurations open up new levels of possibility with the granular and looping engines.

Arbhar has many optimisations under the hood that now allow for its Reverb, Delay and Panning effects to be implemented at the same time.
Lúbadh now features its own built in Reverb controllable as part of the Tape Emulation DSP.
We hope you enjoy these upgrades! New worlds of ambience await you!
