Emax vs Emax II | Are they really that different?

video upload by Espen Kraft

"My sound patches: https://espenkraft.com
This video have no real purpose. Gear wankers will love it, because, well... because they get off on stuff like this.
Hoarders will love it because they have that disease.
Musicians won't care much because they use whatever sounds good for the music they're working on."

Moog Source vs The River 2

video upload by Laurent Baloran

"Premiers sons du prototype quatre voix de The River 2, en comparaison avec le Moog Source. À l’évidence, The River 2 conserve le son de son ancêtre, mais apporte plein de choses en plus ;)

First sounds from the four-voice The River 2 prototype, compared with the Moog Source. It’s clear that The River 2 retains the character of its ancestor while bringing a whole lot more to the table ;)

PS : The crackling sounds aren't coming from The River 2, and the “plops” that occur during sound transitions will be gone in prototype 2 ;)"

Torso S-4 Explorations Vol. 38 — Zero Prep, 4 Random Samples

video upload by Andre Bregegere

"This performance was created with zero planning, zero preparation, and every decision made entirely on the spot. Starting with four randomly selected samples, I built a complete 4-track live improvisation from scratch.

To help you follow the workflow as it unfolds, on-screen annotations detail the sound design moves made during the jam—such as modulating sample lengths to shift phrase variations, using the FREEZE button to turn samples into pseudo-wavetable oscillators, and routing the envelope follower to filter cutoff for an auto-wah effect.

Audio recorded live, lightly mixed, and mastered in Pro Tools. Headphones recommended for optimal listening!"

Missing Link - What Do The Outputs Do?

video upload by Circuit Happy

"The Missing Link outputs are more powerful than you think. Let's take a look!
They’re configurable.
Each output can be set to:

• Different clock types - CV Gate or MIDI
• Reset

Clock multiple devices that require different connections but with one stable sync source.

Built for small or larger, more complex systems."
