U-He Hive-2 50 Dark Experimental Presets+Patterns Sound Demo

video upload by Anton Anru

🌋 Subterra Patterns is a bank of 50 presets + sequences for U-he Hive 2.
The collection is oriented toward a modular, experimental sound, often heard in dark techno or noise ambient. It includes both melodic lines and atonal FX‑like patterns.
Particular attention is given to the dynamic character of the patches—featuring a combination of sequencer and LFO running at different speeds.

📦 The download link: https://antonanru.sellfy.store/p/hive...
👤 The author of the soundset is skendi (Arseniy Pushkov).

💾 The soundset features a wide variety of timbres: from sharper and more aggressive to more lo-fi and atmospheric, from short and fast to slow blurry sounds. The presets are quite thick and sound high-quality and dense, despite the dirty timbres.

📻 The sounds are perfect for various genres: Techno, Industrial, Dub, IDM, Experimental, Cinematic and others

🎚️ The Modwheel makes the timbre brighter, while velocity affects both volume and brightness.

Korg Kronos 3 vs Korg Prologue - real analogue vs virtual analogue

video upload by j bowman ALL PROCEEDS TO MEDICAL AID FOR PALESTINE

"In this Korg Kronos 3 comparison and patching video, I put the incredible AL-1 synthesis engine to the test by programming it as a virtual analogue synth and comparing it directly with my Korg Prologue analogue synthesizer. Can the Korg Kronos 3 really capture the warmth, character, and punch of a true analogue synth, or does the Korg Prologue still have the edge? Join me as I explore oscillators, filters, envelopes, and detailed sound design techniques to find out.

This video is perfect for anyone interested in the Korg Kronos 3, Korg Prologue, AL-1, Korg Nautilus, virtual analogue synthesis, analogue synth programming, synthesizer reviews, synth comparisons, sound design synth tutorials, keyboard workstations, music production, and synthesis. Whether you're deciding between a workstation and a dedicated analogue synth, or simply want to learn how to make a digital synth sound convincingly analogue, this comparison is packed with practical demonstrations and programming tips.

If you enjoy synth reviews, synth demos, Korg Kronos 3 content, AL-1 tutorials, sound design, and in-depth comparisons of modern synthesizers, be sure to like, subscribe, and share this video. "This multifaceted instument is not for the faint of heart! With 8 voices and digital architecture, you have plenty of different options to play around with. There's a scratch under the hood as pictured, but otherwise this synth is in very good cosmetic shape. It is serial number 3 !!! These are very rare and this is a early one. Only 120 units made. Fully analog signal path. 4 oscillators and 5(!) filters per voice. 8 voices."

"(Please note: This demo was shot a while ago, and several updates have improved the DR-2 even further.) Built into a solid metal chassis, the MODOR DR-2 is a drum machine unlike many others. It sounds refreshingly different from the dozens of X0X clones out there, yet it's still powerful enough to shake club walls.

With its old-school display, spacious interface, and faders, it definitely delivers the kind of '90s nostalgia that I really enjoy. Its different drum machine models offer a vast spectrum of possible sounds, and the MODOR is clearly on the digital side of the sonic spectrum.

It's a lot of fun to perform with (although I occasionally exaggerated the volume a bit while recording this demo). Take your time, learn the machine inside and out, and I'm sure you'll get even better results. I especially like the faders, and programming is quite straightforward. It's a little different from the step sequencers many users are familiar with, but it has its own logical workflow once you get the hang of it.

As a small company from Belgium, Modor Music has certainly found its niche as a boutique manufacturer with its own unique approach to synthesizer design. I congratulate them on creating this fantastic drum machine and welcome its refreshing take on what a modern drum machine can be.#drummachines #synth #synthesizer #technoproducer"
