"3Decay used SEQUENTIAL Prophet-5 and iceGearInstruments RedShrike.
The sequence is iOS ioniarics.
I tried adding some light decorative sounds to the 16 beats."
Sanctuary Synthesizer by Moog w/ Alternate Badge
Some pics sent in via Thesis Audio Service who had the following to say about it:
"Here at thesis Audio Service we are restoring a Memorymoog in my shop for a customer in Chicago, but I also have another in from Colorado that is NOT a Memorymoog, it's a SANCTUARY, but it's the EXACT SAME SYNTH!
Back in the late 1980's, Moog Music thought it would increase sales to churches if they put the Sanctuary badge on the Memorymoogs. They only produced 100 of these making them a very rare moment in Moog history and one of the greatest poly synths of all time."
The Sanctuary has been featured on the site before, but notice the badge on the right above the keys is diffrent on this one. The others appear to be missing the "by Moog" text and "Sanctuary Synthesizer" is on one line while it's on two on this one.
DIY eurorack modular synth | MOD1 Euclidean sequencer : Arduino based general-purpose CV/Gate
video upload by HAGIWO
"This module is an open source general-purpose CV/Gate module based on Arduino nano.
It can be applied to various CV/Gate modules by changing the program.
There are some performance limitations, but it uses general-purpose inexpensive components.
Euclidean sequencer: 8step or 16step sequencer. Adjustable output probability and number of hits.

Used Erwik Musikelektronik Voltage Controlled Multimode Filter - 1 of 12
via CONTROL.
This appears to be the first one to be featured on the site. Apparently only 12 were ever manufacturered, however, Doepfer's A-107 is based on it.
[Side note: CONTROl is also having a holiday sale on new items. Enter HOLIDAY10 for 10% OFF. The Erwik Musikelektronik is used so it does not qualify. Just sharing for those interested.]
Details on the Erwik Musikelektronik Voltage Controlled Multimode Filter follow:

This Matrix 12 filter is a limited edition module, with only 12 filters produced by Jesper Johansson (ERWIK) in Sweden. It was produced in the end of the 90s.
Features:
2 Audio inputs. 2 VCA´s adjusting the input signals (manual or with CV). Filter "cutoff" and "Q" controllable manual or with CV. 1 VCA controlling the output signal (manual or with CV). Filtertype can be selected manual or with trigger at input "UP" & "DOWN".
Software: Switching on your system you can choose between 4 different modes.
No button pressed - normal function.
Downbutton pressed - rotating filtertable.
Upbutton pressed - faster triggering/switching filtermode.
Both buttons pressed- rotating filtertable as well as faster triggering/swithing filtermode.
The display gives an indication of 'r' or 't' as well as both.

Modular meets Oberheim | TEO-5, MCO MKII, Zagrzeb, Bitbox Micro, Sealegs
video upload by Ondřej Píša
"When I went to Superbooth 2024 in Berlin and tried TEO-5 by #oberheim there, I immediately knew that this is the synth I wish to have and wish to combine with my modular system. This is the very first try I played both together.
I am not a keyboard player, no musical background, just learning on my own and enjoying the sound so please bare with me :). Also this is the very first try to put both instruments together.
TEO-5 setup: this is my own patch I set when I was chasing for Yamaha CS-80 sound. It is not quite like that. I love this patch anyway. Both oscillators are combinations of square and sawtooth waves, bit of filter detuning, voice spread panning. Also it is runs through #meris Mercury X pedal for larger reverb (preset #1 Two Worlds)
Modular setup:
Drums are samples on #1010music Bitbox Micro, triggered by #intellijeldesigns Steppy
Voice: ALM Busy Circuits MCO MKII (Digiwave engine), Wave B modulated by Pam's Pro Workout (sine wave, heavily attenuated). It is run through #xaocdevices Zagrzeb LPF into #intellijeldesigns Sealegs for delay + reverb. It is sequenced by #xaocdevices Moskwa II with probability for step play, ratcheting and also I use #intellijeldesigns Planar 2 into #intellijeldesigns Triplatt for attenuation into #intellijeldesigns Scales into #xaocdevices Ostankino's Transpose occasionally to transpose the sequence."
Buchla, Make Noise, & A History of Spectral Animation in Synthesizers
video upload by Sarah Belle Reid
"A historical and technical deep dive into the synthesizer designs and ideas that influenced the development of the Make Noise x Soundhack Spectraphon, featuring excerpts from an interview with Tom Erbe.
Spectraphon is an oscillator for Eurorack modular systems that allows you to analyze and resynthesize sonic characteristics of OTHER sounds, using those characteristics to create unique waveforms and timbres…with the ability to continuously transform them into something new. It’s Erbe’s unique take on the concept of a harmonic oscillator—inspired by some of instrument designer Donald Buchla’s work from the 1970s and 1980s.
Erbe and Make Noise specifically name three Buchla instruments as important inspirations: the Model 259 Programmable Complex Waveform Generator, the Model 296 Programmable Spectral Processor, and the Touché, a hybrid keyboard instrument developed in collaboration between Don Buchla and David Rosenboom.
This video unpacks each of these instruments in turn, examining how their innovative approaches to timbre control and spectral manipulation influenced Spectraphon’s design.
Special thanks to Tom Erbe for sharing his insights on Spectraphon’s development and its relationship to these historic Buchla instruments, and to the Buchla Archives for providing images.
