Intellijel - Multigrain // Intellijel Goes Granular
video upload by NOISEBUG
"#intellijel goes granular! The #multigrain is in stock and ready to ship immediately!
Multigrain is a morphing playground of granular experimentation. Packed with tons of exciting features, this module brings a brand new approach to granular synthesis
With the ability to record samples, load up to 8 samples at a time and crossfade Octatrack style between two scenes of settings, this module will keep you busy for a long long time. With the ability to sequence and or scan between the 8 loaded sounds, the beautiful blur effect, and + sync & gate controls, this module proves to be much more than a module. It’s a standalone all encompassing granular synthesizer.
Very impressed with this module as it leans heavily into a new experimental territory. More videos to come.

"SCHOBER TUNESMITH (new start price to allow bids from outside the seller's tax region) Very rare monophonic transistor synth, single oscillator, circa 1968, sold as a kit or pre-assembled. The voice switch activates different static filters, providing 6 markedly different tones from bright sawtooth to mellow triangle. This short video [posted here] of the same model clearly shows the sounds ---- I read that the keyboard is a Pratt-Reed that uses series resistance rather than a matrix. This model for auction has clear strong sound with almost no hum whatsoever. The main problem is the tuning is way off, and some notes glitch a little. Not difficult to repair, I would think. Also the vibrato is not working, probably just a bad resistor, should be easy to fix. Body is solid and in good condition for a 57-year old instrument, so it hasn't been knocked about. Keyboard and control panel are very clean, almost no scratches. Mainly home or studio use, probably. The three tools contained inside the lid are a complete mystery, which may be solved once you look inside the unit! While this is offered as a 'project' the encouraging thing is how bright and clear it sounds, and once tuning and vibrato are fixed, you have a very playable instrument similar to a Clavioline. It's a worthwhile project, I would say. Power is 105-120V 50/60 cycles, with a 2-pin US-style mains plug. I've given it a very low start price. SHIPPING: This Tunesmith is located in Japan, and weighs (packed) approximately 7kg. Discounted shipping to UK/Europe/USA will be £30 surface, £80 air. For other countries, please enquire."

The Yamaha CS30 is a very powerful, flexible and often underrated synth. It's almost like a modular in its design and really rewards delving deep. This one is in lovely condition and has been in my studio since 2008 having been purchased in beautiful restored condition from RL Music in UK. It's been regularly serviced since then and comes with a lovely original Yamaha CS30 case. I am now retired, so selling off some prized studio equipment, otherwise I'd be unlikely to let this one go this one for sure.

"One of the earliest examples of Roland's pure class, the SH-1 was in many ways more powerful and impressive than the SH-2 that followed - and in many ways was streets ahead of its American rivals in build quality. It also, I thought, sounded more meaty than my SH-7 at the time. I still remember the owner of a London music shop going ape about the sounds he was getting out of his little SH-1 in the late 70s - at a time when they also had Moogs and ARPs at their disposal. Seriously solid, in its construction and in its sound.
An especially nice feature is the audio input with an envelope follower - and this could be mixed with VCO, sub and noise in a dedicated little four-slider mixer. Plus, like its big brother, the SH-7, it has auto-bend - and the filter design uses the CA3080 OTA chip, like the System 700.
This example of this seriously rare synth is in superb cosmetic condition, and we reckon near-mint. It works beautifully, though like many of its contemporaries it has some difficulty getting back to perfect pitch after using the pitchbend.
[***UPDATE: we were able to find what the problem was (more the transpose switch than the pitchbend) and it's now good again. But in examining it very closely we decided that 'very good' (8/10) is better for the cosmetic description. Still a seriously lovely instrument for something only a few uears away from being 50 years old.***] Packing 12GBP."

"Here is a very rare occasion to buy a RSF Kobol and this one is in full working condition. Internal battery has been replaced. Its worse cosmetic flaw being the crack in its right flank as shown in the pictures, which has not cracked further for the last 20 years. Feels totally solid. Otherwise the cosmetic condition is excellent. It comes (not in the pictures) with its original paper manual and in a very sturdy custom wooden box with foam inside that is also very heavy. So if you want to ship you will have to tell us if you want the box or not as since it weighs almost as much as the synth it will have a significant impact on the shipping cost. The RSF Kobol is one of the very best vintage monophonic synths ever designed with its distinctive powerful and precise sound and one of the sexiest User Interface ever designed. Plus it has 16 memory slots and the ability to sequence these slots making it one of the most powerful sequencers of its time. You can trigger it from any 5V clock. More information can be found here : https://www.vintagesynth.com/rsf/kobol-expander and here : http://rsf-synth-official.com/cadre.html"

"In very nice condition. You will struggle to find a nicer looking one. Everything working as far as I can tell. But it is a Russian Synth! They are revered for their sound and not necessarily for their build quality. Having said that, this is the best of all the Russian synths I have owned and the last one I have kept. ***I can confirm the Polyvoks has fully functioning midi. There is a midi input on the back and in order for the keyboard to be controlled by midi messages there is a switch on the left side of the Polyvoks which switches the unit from its own keyboard to midi. The media interface also transfers velocity values for the VCA.***"

Updated L-Fusion Analog Kicks Eurorack module demo
video upload by LFusion Electronics
"Updated demo video showcasing L-Fusion Modular Analog Kicks Eurorack module with walkthrough through all the parameters, also tips how to get most of it using filtering and EQ. For best listening experience use studio headphones/speakers that can handle the low end.
Module is available on Reverb.
808 kick generates softer more boomy kick sound while 909 outputs more aggressive punchy kick often used for making techno. Built using modern components – Audio grade Burr-Brown OpAmps, low noise transistors as well as quality capacitors including legendary WIMA German ones where larger values are needed - module provides two clean analog sound outputs with dynamic range of over 90dB.
808 section outputs classic boomy kick based on T-Shape resonator, often used in Electro/Acid tracks. It has decay, pitch and tone knobs. The circuit has been modified for longer maximum decay.
909 kick is more complex, it generates more aggressive punchy kick sound often used making techno, its core is based on integrated triangle shape oscillator. This kick drum can be controlled with original attack, decay, tune, tune decay potentiometers. Original 909 circuit has been improved for longer maximum decay, we have also integrated extra potentiometers for soft clipping distortion and fast decaying attack noise control."
Synth track: Spectralis, minimoog, prophet 10, prophet 12, Nord Drum 2 IDM electronic music
video upload by MIDERA
"I wonder... how does one increase views? I've been doing the same thing for years. Like 10+ years... and the longer I go, the fewer sales I have on each subsequent album, the fewer views, the fewer everything. I guess it's hard to change, maybe everything I do is the same.
Probably just a saturated market. Everyone out there is doing something."
