Experimenting With Electronic Music by Robert Brown & Mark Olsen

via this eBay listing
"Published the very same year electro-industrial pioneers Kraftwerk released their breakthrough album 'Autobahn,' here's a wonderful, rare book covering virtually everything you ever wanted to know about music synthesis and reproduction.
Within its pages is an overview of the history of electronic music, from RCA's tube-based Mark I to modern solid-state synthesizers, with photos of the Minimoog and the Moog Sonic Six, as well as the Tonus ARP 2500, 2600, and Soloist consoles. For you tinkerers out there, the book also contains numerous construction projects, including two (2) separate transistorized theremins complete with detailed alignment instructions. All projects come ready-to-build with full schematics and parts lists.
Small crease in corner of cover and first few pages are lightly dog-eared/chipped with tape repairs. Apart from some age-toning and a little cover wear, the book is in very good condition. Softcover, 180 pages. Copyright 1974. This item ships WORLDWIDE

Korg PS-3100 and GEG - General Envelope Generator #korgps3100 #korgps3300
video upload by analogia pl
"I’m showing a very simple yet very useful patch here - GEG, or General Envelope Generator (a simple hold-attack-release envelope) is set to be triggered only after I press three or more keys. Once I do, it opens the VCA hardwired to LFO which starts modulating the resonators for as long as the GEG lasts. Sounds complex but is super simple. PS-3100 = performance power."

"Roland TR1k FM Kit patterns, aided by the Model Cycles (Bass in patterns 1-2 and chords panned right on pattern 3). Using generative stuzff like trigger conditions and probability and sample and hold randomness + whathaveyou on the Roland. All crisped up via the analogue fx section and recorded into Bitwig."
