"Tonight was something different: no prepared DJ set, no finished tracks — just the Ableton Move, Novation Circuit and a lot of improvisation.

I built loops, switched between both machines and tried to turn spontaneous ideas into a live electronic performance. Not everything was planned, not everything was perfect — but that is exactly what makes a hardware jam exciting.

Expect melodic moments, driving drums, changing grooves and a few chaotic experiments along the way."

"Here is an extremely rare EMS VSC3 "The Putney" Synthesizer, with the accompanying Cricklewood keyboard. Most VCS3's are extremely rare, but this one has the distinction of belonging to Al Kooper, noted guitarist, synthesist, record producer and arranger. This was used on many of his recordings in the 1970's and 1980's, and was restored 3 years ago to its original glory. A full set of replacement pots were purchased from EMS, but the tech who serviced it found that the original pots were still in fine shape, and after cleaning and lubrication, performed as they should. So, this comes with a full set of replacement pots for whenever service needs arise."

"Classic powerhouse of a poly-synth! The Yamaha CS60 shares the same architecture of the CS80 (including memory) which is why it's a fantastic synth to dial-in that big boy CS80 sound without the heavy price tag. This particular CS60 is in very good condition for its age. It comes with a Kenton midi kit installed by our in house technician. This synth came from a very meticuluous collector, making it pretty hard to beat.

Featuring two oscillators, two envelopes, and two low-frequency oscillators. It also has a built-in chorus effect and a built-in arpeggiator. The CS-60 is capable of producing a wide range of sounds, from warm and mellow to bright and aggressive.

The CS60 is a 8 note polyphonic synthesizer w/ velocity, aftertouch and a ribbon  controller which offers the player a really organic feel into the performance of the instrument. Other key real-time control facilities, such as the LFO/ring-modulator section really make the CS60 a great players instrument – it’s all about the performance with the big CS polys. The resonant qualities of the Yamaha CS series filter are unmatched by any other poly-synth so they sound unique."
