"My newly skinned EMU MP7 command station. This is a track I wrote recently. I do not entirely understand the sequencer, and question whether it is as good as the Spectralis or the RS7000, as it is not very straightforward. It has great presets/sounds/FX and a fantastic synth engine underneath."

4-channel, 8-step Catgirl CGS Synth Gate Sequencer

"Custom built Catgirl Synth aka CGS Gate Sequencer module by Ken Stone. 4U width panel with a 4-channel gate/pulse sequencer with up to 8-steps. Solid custom build by djthomaswhite. He has a video of this in action on his YouTube channel. Clean, road worthy build with parallel mounted panels making this a perfect module for shallow cases. MOTM format height and knobs. Sealed jacks. Firm pcb mounting. Quality 3-way switches.
Module creates 4 channels if gate or pulse outputs with the combination of switch settings resulting in held or individual pulses and gates. Very flexible to use to create multiple VCO patterns when combined with a VCA per channel and multiple VCA circuits. However, this is an excellent drum module sequencer for use in modular systems where the primary sequencer is doing synth voice duty. This was my primary use.
Premium price for a premium module. You absolutely get what you pay for here. Pics show it all."

Based on an original LM-1 recording by javd007 http://youtu.be/mO572vANs2Y?t=6m12s I have tried to recreate the same thing with the VLINN VST for comparison, I didn't know what reverb was used on the original recording so I used a standard one I also tried to match the tuning as close as possible. Although the recording chain is not the same it turns out pretty close :) and I think you might enjoy it!"

"Direct recording, no EQ, no Dynamics excepted 1 reverb send and a Limiter on the Master Bus...This thing can sound HUGE in a Mix context! It is triggered by the DAW here, but it can be even more velocity sensitive when used with electronic drum pads!
btw, in this demo, the EPROM slot contains a long (32K) cymbal sample but you can load any EPROM image in :)"

And most importantly, the unit works perfectly- very minor scratchiness on some faders due to lack of use…they don't look dusty at all. Other pots, switches, output jacks.. all perfect..."
