"This week I have yet another artist inspired pack, it’s something I’ve had in the works for a while so I wanted to share. Ki: Theory or Joel Burleson is an amazing band/artist. I couldn’t help when he shared the stems for his song “Open Wound” to quickly turn it into a soundpack. While a remix would be a normal producer’s go to on this, I decided to not only utilize the stems but to make something everyone could enjoy and experience. Soundpacks are a great way to remix, reimagine, and just jam on some of your favorite songs, and make something completely new out of it. With this soundpack I utilized most of the stems but also added a few samples of my own and a good dose of FX for flavor. It is made up of 2 banks/32+ samples and a ton of variation. You have melodic piano, driving guitar and a few vocal stabs. On top of that, if I didn’t learn my lesson last week…I’m at it again using another one of ULT1MOD’s lightshows to showcase this week’s soundpack, my computer didn’t explode but it gave me hell. Electronics Tech - SPICE Basics [Used to Design the Analog Circuits on the Kilpatrick Audio Phenol]

"If you've never used SPICE before, or haven't even heard about it then this video will give you a very basic introduction. Circuit simulation is a great way to learn about electronics and try out circuits before building them for real.

1. Original Factory Manual,
2. Original Factory Data Cassette (cassette has rust stains but plays),
3. Case
4. Power cord
Synthesizer is 100% functional and works perfectly. No smoking, air conditioned, home studio use.
The Europa was installed on the board by Synthcom, the inventor and manufacturer of Europa.
Defects: The potentiometer which adjusts range is slightly askew and sits at a slight angle. (See picture.) It is 100% functional.
There is a scratch in the aluminum (See picture.)
There are tiny scratches here and there, look carefully at the pics. The paint is original and in great shape."

"Fender Chroma Polaris (mark I). So, it is quite unique, very clever engineered machine. Soundwise it is on the strong and hard territory, it sound even huge often. It based on solid sounding cem3374 as vco, and cem3372 as vcf with quite harshly and characterfull resonanse. Synth has very flexible architecture, which allows us to get really wide pallete of sounds. It can do all - thick basses, edgy leads, dark evolving pads, wild crazy fx. I know that this was developed by ARP engineers, and it comes to mind that it is some kind of "polyphonic odyssey", but with more harsh and brutal sound. No doubt it is one of the best FX machine ever build, its sound effects just mind blowing. It has MIDI, and one exellent implementation. You can easy drive in realtime all synth parameters by midi CC. Synth has 6 voice polyphony and even 6 part multitimbral, but only one mono audio out. It has freely splittable keyboard with velocity, you can play one sound in left hand and other in the right, or you can layer one sound on another for all keyboard range with 3-voice polyphony.
Synth is fully serviced, the main problem with its membrane buttons successfully solved, it will works for years."

This unit has had a very recent service by a professional technician (James Walker of Synth Repair Services).
Totally overhauled. New back-light.
It has been upgraded to the last software release by SCI, for SCSI implementation and OS.
The pads have been replaced with new ones (from Wine Country in the USA).
The data slider has been replaced with a new one (from Wine Country in the USA).
The unit is in full working order. Cosmetically there are a few small marks, but nothing serious. Please see pics!
The Studio 440 is genuinely RARE - this one is number #445 of #500 ever made.
In this sale I am including the following:
Studio 440 unit.
A lot of 3.5” disks containing samples/sounds for the Studio 400 – see pics! One of the boxes is still sealed!!!
Original owners manual plus brochure.
Some background information:
The Studio 440 is like the Grand-Daddy of Sequencing/Sampling Drum and Music Production Machines.
Similar to the MPC60, the Studio 440 has an analogue low-pass filter. The Sequencer is intuitive and quite functional with a capacity of 50,000 notes, 8 separate tracks and a swing function. But unlike its contemporaries, the 440 has some visionary features for its time. MIDI data from the sequencer can be transmitted out so that it can play external MIDI instruments. There is also built-in SCSI for external drives and storage."
