How well will the Roland JP-8000 MIDI control the JU-06??
Let's see! I have always wanted to try this on a Boutique!!
In this video I am using my Roland JP-8000 to send
SYSEX CC's to the JU-06: Cutoff, Resonance, ADSR, etc.
Some things don't send or effect the JU-06 as expected...
I also use the sliders on the JU-06 for more tweaking :)
Chorus & Delay FX provided bu the JU-06.
Recorded into Ableton LIVE with no extra FX.

Thank you for watching!

Z-DSP Tape Echo Experiment

Published on May 18, 2019 Robin Rimbaud-Scanner

"A little exploration using the new TipTop Audio Z-DSP Tape Echo card, which is an utterly blissful addition to the studio. Running a Make Noise DPO through this directly in stereo to the mixer. The Winter Modular Eloquencer is playing a randomly changing melody. In addition I use Make Noise Pressure Points to play this very simple repetitive tone, triggering the Synthesis Technology E350 Oscillator, which is then running through the Make Noise Erbe-Verb. I mixed live radio signals throughout, not auditioning what was broadcast, just recording it directly live. Listen on headphones for the full stereo joys."

"Audiothingies Micromonsta synth, near mint used condition, boxed, power, sticker, fridge magnet / bottle opener. If you are looking you know what this is - very flexible 8 voice poly synth, with endless routing possibilites. 3 LFOs, 3 envelopes, 3 oscillators (2 full voices, 1x sub osc), noise, ringmod. LP/HP/BP/Notch. On-board FX. Envelopes and LFOs can be routed anywhere, including into other LFOs. Very capable arpeggiator, can do chords too. Responds to MIDI aftertouch, velocity, mod wheel, pitch bend (and these can be routed to anything, say LFO speed, pitch, whitenoise level, filter cutoff.) Amazing machine, but I own too many synths!"

"Here's a 3 oscillator monosynth made by Ken MacBeth of Macbeth Studio Systems. I believe this was the first commercial synth he ever developed and was obviously shooting for a rackmounted Minimoog concept. This particular unit is very clean with some superficial scratches in mostly non-visible places. (pictured) All the knobs and switches feel solid and everything is in working order. An amazing synth that will almost certainly retain its value over time. Comes with original power cord."

Rebach-VCO-A CATCH and VCO GR11 Sub out in music

Published on May 18, 2019 Dziam Bass

"Today I have a small movie showing very nice sound from ReBach modules.
there are VCO-A and VCO GR11 two oscillators connected here.
VCO GR 11 is based on the Saw Core so Sub of GR 11 adds a powerful character creating a very nice thick sound, I also used the VC Octave Switch MSK008 -North Coast Synthsesis to raise the octave up and down to show how nicely the VCO behaves in lower and higher octaves.
Definitely Rebach puts on simple modules but also on great sound that can be easily obtained with these modules.
for this I also used the VCF-A and ADSR-A filter from Rebach in the whole voice.
Melody and beat make on Nerdseq -Xor Electronics
More information about these modules here: https://rebach.eu
Have a nice day synth guys!!!"
