"Made in USA in1984, here we have a fantastic working example of one of the most desirable polysynths of all time, Oberheim OB-8. This was the final model in the OB range, only 3,000-ish ever made 1983-1985, and has the most features, including arpeggiator, "page 2" advanced editing, for example. 120 program memory ( + splits/dual), factory-installed MIDI (vital!) add extreme clout to the huge/fat sounds that only Oberheim can supply, with 8 voice (stereo) polyphony and uncomplicated new sound creation hand in hand with subtractive analogue synthesis, its simply one of the best synths ever made. Lots of movie soundtracks used OB-8s. Prince/Police/Pet Shop Boys etc were avid users...Hail, King Oberheim the 8th!
Dims are 103 x 53 x 16(H) cms. Weight is only 17 kgs. This particular one is now working 100%, after pro servicing by Klassic Keys GB's expert tech. See internal pix. All repaired, with new chips, new battery and new power switch...all voiced and calibrated, with stable tuning on all 8 voices.."

Here is the modules all built minus Fixed filter needs wiring (has knobs for that module as well.) All modules working unless otherwise stated
Music from outer space- Keyboard controller ( could not test as I don't own a keyboard)
YuSynth Fixed Filter bank- Board is built needs wiring and some IC's, has knobs included as well.
YuSynth Transistor VCF, module completely built needing 2- CA2086 IC's the then should be ready to go.

"In this video, we'll be creating a sequenced lead sound using the PS-20 Synthesizer's unique three-channel sequencer, as well as exploring some of the many options offered by the patch panel to modify your patches in new and creative ways.
The PS-20 is an ultra-realistic, polyphonic, hot-rodded tribute to Korg's renowned MS-20. The dual highpass/lowpass filters super accurately recreate the MS-20's famous raunchy sound in all of its squelchy, screaming glory. We’ve reconfigured the patch panel from the original instrument, adding many desired in and out patch points for all oscillators, filters, and VCAs, correcting the confusing terminology of the original, and throwing in a few extras that greatly expand its usability!
The PS-20 truly is one of the most quirky and unique instruments we’ve released. Between its sometimes unpredictable filter behavior, and the tremendous flexibility of its patch panel and sequencer, the possibilities are endless, and the creative "happy accident" quotient of PS-20 is simply off the charts!"
