How we get girls (To leave the room)
YouTube via justjustjustmcg. via trash_audio.
"Surachai and Justin, masters at getting girls....to leave."
Thought this was pretty funny.
Update via jm in the comments: "Surachai is rocking an 808 (On the left, it's not an MS2000), I am rocking gmedia's oddity soft synth."

that one at the end was a little cute.
ReplyDeletethey don't know what they're missing.. that was a pretty good jam..
Surachai is rocking an 808 (On the left, it's not an MS2000), I am rocking gmedia's oddity soft synth.
ReplyDeleteoddity. damn straight.
ReplyDeletehow many people here though it was analog? I did ..
can you hook me up with that girl ?
lol . XD
Haha, I am not sure who those girls are. We actually had to add them in later with a computer. Um.
ReplyDeleteOddity does sound damn good. It's actually one of the only soft synths I use.
ha ha I see.
ReplyDeletewell anyway.. my regards. There should be more videos like this out there..
Best synth video EVER!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to explain that the girls in fact were digital. We were using a VST called Synth-Hunk in the background that encodes the recording video. When in post production, the encoded signal is detected and you can choose and place the models as you see fit. We have 'add water' kits coming soon...
ReplyDeleteshoulda gone more Marvin Gaye with that 808.. coulda got some lovin.
ReplyDeleteWell....I liked what I heard and the girls looked very well mannered. I mean, at least none of them made off w/ your 808 as they were exiting. Were they really digital girls? Can they be used as backing vocalists?
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of soft synths, have you tried the ARP 2600? Pretty cool; Oddity seems quite nice too.
cheers,
tara

i could tell they were fake look at the the lighting does not match up one bit
ReplyDeleteyou gotta show how you did that .. green screen?
ReplyDeletenow that it's explained the effect is a bit obvious ..
They were real girls. My sarcasm doesn't translate too well. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteMan, we'd be even bigger losers if we actually 'faked' having girls around. Yikes. Hahah.
ReplyDelete@Tara
Haven't tried the 2600 soft synth, actually Oddity is one of the few soft synths I use as I am mainly into the hardware-analogy stuff.
