The floor plan includes a control room and two- story tracking room with views of the pond and Connecticut River, and a loft for music composition, video editing, and 5.1 audio editing.

The studio is in walking distance to downtown Essex, featuring pubs, eateries, shopping, and a celebration of rich maritime tradition."
