Beautiful Skin

Beautiful Skin
YouTube via FOCtv "Beautiful Skin demo circa 1998. The entire track was played back on a Kurzweil K2000RS into two track digital. The synth effects are from an Oberheim OB8, and Sequential Circuits Pro One. Drums are from a Maestro drum machine. All other sounds were generated in the K2000RS." revolve demo "Beautiful Skin demo for the song 'Revolve' for the album of same title c.1997. Instrument used: Guitar and Bass played by Nick Forte, lead synths - Oberheim OB-8 and Korg Z1, Brass and other synth Digital Keyboards Synergy II+, Drums - Conn drum machine and Roland CR-68." sparx "Beautiful Skin demo intro song for 2nd album which never materialized c. 2000. Instruments used: Kurzweil K2000RS for sampling and sequencing, Linn Drum Samples, Oberheim OB8, Korg Z1." Quick note on these: I almost posted these on MATRIXSYNTH-C where the posts are more about the music and the musicians. I opted for the post here because you can ID how some of the gear listed fits into the track. The idea is you read the synths used and you listen for them in the track. It's interesting from the perspective of hearing how they fit in with other instruments vs. just on their own. Of course, you can just listen and enjoy the tracks as well. :) If you submit something to the site, keep this in mind.
