Looks like Native Instruments' Reaktor editor in the second video around 2:40 in but no mention of it in the product description below or on their site. If anyone knows what this was built on feel free to comment.

"Finally I can give an exclusive first look into Genesis Pro, the synth plugin which I've been working on for an extensive period. In this video I highlight most of its main features and I talk about the history behind it, the development process and of course pricing.
In the next video I will demonstrate some of its presets.
Edit:
Hi Guys,
To answer one of the most frequently asked question whether the Genesis Pro is 32 or 64 bit, for now it's 32bit and Windows only. I know, I would have seen it differently as well. The project has become so huge and complex over time that it is not easy to port it to 64bit/Mac. Having that said it's not impossible and I am checking all the possibilities.
I started this project 8 years ago with my passion for sound, synthesis and with the ambition to share my creation, my knowledge with as many people as possible.
Nonetheless I still hope that the Genesis Pro can help you with your creative process."
Some key features via https://www.oz-soft.com:
Meet the Hybrid Synthesizer. It has all the essential types of synthesis to create a wide range of sounds and instruments. Combining the subtractive, FM, Phase Distortion, MultiWave and Rom Synthesis allows you to create a huge variety of sounds. Equipped with 3 very powerful oscillators that can be used independently or simultaneously.

Use multiple oscillators at the same time and stack things up. Or easily create split instruments by having a different sound on your right side of the keyboard and something different on the left.
MODULATE LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER BEFORE.
Form your sounds to be more organic and complex. The Genesis Pro has 2 comprehensive LFO's and 2 matrix slots with multiple outputs. With more than 100 destinations to choose from, you can modulate anything you want to bring your sounds alive. The Genesis Pro has also 4 envelopes build in. Each one assignable to more than 100 destinations as well by using the ADSR routing menu.
GIVE TRUE DEPTH AND COLOUR TO YOUR SOUNDS.
Choose up to 8 different kinds of high quality analog sounding filters that can be used in all sorts of combinations.
GIVE YOUR SOUNDS THE FINAL TOUCH
You can add and adjust effects to give your sounds the final touch. The Genesis Pro has master effects build in. You can use the stereo and panning controls together with limiter and master filters to finalize your sounds. Using the Alpha knob gives you the unique option to control as many knobs you want simultaneously.
I wish people would stop calling software synths "hybrid" as if analog were a real thing in a totally digital environment. Unless you are using an extremely rare and hard to get analog computer, and does anyone even know how to program analog computers anymore? Software can sound very good, but stop trying to pass it off as being actually analog. You're just being annoying.

ReplyDelete==> unfortunately, it also looks like Synthedit...
Why do they make software synths look like hardware synths? :(

DeleteEye candy. As they say on Madison Avenue, can't sell steak without the sizzle. If we can sell the sizzle without the steak, all the better.
DeleteWhy do software companies waste tons of time trying to make software look like hardware? So stupid. Software should be easy to see in the software (computer display) environments. Think Fab Filter or some of the Izotope stuff.
