Yusynth Modular Live Improv

"A quick and dirty live improv on my custom euroracked Yusynth modular.

I'm recording notes directly into the ACXsynth P-Sequencer via a PAIA Midi2CV module. All rhythmic timings provided by a 4ms SCM."

This is the latest 12 videos on Casiotone401's DIY Modular. You'll find more on the YouTube channel here.  Although the appearance of the modules look like Serge, not all are. Note the lack of banana jacks. You'll find posts referencing the modules in Japanese the the Go the bleep to sleep tumblr. Some of the modules include an Arduino based Quantizer, Synthacon VCF which references both the YuSynth and CGS models, an ACX Synth - e Druid LFO, and a CGS Serge Voltage Controlled Slope, and the VC KAOSS Pad KP3 module below.

ACX Synth P-Sequencer

"The P-Sequencer is playing back two tracks of recorded note sequences and is set to Play Mode 6 (track two is played at half speed). The Electric Druid Wavetable Oscillator is playing the bass line and two Yusynth Oscillators (hard sync'd) are providing the melody. All rhythmic gates are courtesy of the 4ms Clock Multiplier.

"Voici une petite démonstration avec mon Oberheim Xpander en mode Multi Patch.
Les 6 voies ont des programmes différents et cela me permet de faire des séquences avec de multiples hauteurs.
Les possibilités sont beaucoup trop nombreuses et il m'est impossible de tout démontrer ...
Pour cette démonstration j'ai utilisé l'arpégiateur ACX pour le contrôle des voies.

"Une petit démonstration du module Oberheim S.E.M. avec le Séquenceur / Arpégiateur ACX.
Cette petite boîte ACX est vraiment une bombe pour contrôler les machines. Soit en mode arpégiateur ou séquenceur.
Il est capable d'arpéger 128 notes en MIDI.
Le séquenceur peut être mono ou polyphonique avec une capacité de 8000 notes.
Il peut être synchronisé en MIDI (Din Synch 24 ou 48) ou alors avec n'importe quelle horloge externe (LFO ... etc ...).
Les Séquences ou les Arpèges peuvent être transposés en direct avec le même clavier utilisé pour enregistrer les notes.

Pour cette vidéo j'ai utilisé le mode séquenceur avec transposition en direct.
