Press release follows:
The art of expression PolyBrute 12 is the most expressive polyphonic analog synthesizer ever made, bringing musicians into direct and tactile connection with their sound like never before.
The 12 voice architecture; the FullTouch® keyboard; the modulation matrix; the Morphée and ribbon control; the bi-timbral morphing presets - PolyBrute 12 unites them all for results which are simply breathtaking.
"At Superbooth 2024, we met up with Sebastien from Arturia unveiled the new flagship polyphonic analog synth, the Polybrute 12*. With 12 voices and a new MPE-capable polyphonic aftertouch keybed designed specifically by *Arturia*, the *Polybrute 12 *is noticably larger than the original, and is a major upgrade offering an enhanced range of sound and modulation possibilities. Sebastian emphasized the expressive nature of the instrument, demonstrating the *Full Touch mode which senses the key travel from the top to the bottom of the keypress. Original *Polybrut*e features like morphing between patches and the Morphe XYZ controller and the lovely wooden ribbon controller are all present and correct. The Arturia-built Keybed must be the standout feature, however, bringing extreme expressivity to your playing.
The Polybrute 12's enhanced capabilities over the original Polybrute include larger unisons, ideal for creating layered soundscapes, and innovative touch envelope modes that allow for dynamic and precise control over each note.
"Meet the Arturia PolyBrute 12—a next-gen, 12-voice analog polysynth built for deep sound design and expressive performance. In this feature presentation, I explore its morphing architecture, the Morphée touch controller, the expressive FullTouch keybed, dual-filter topology, powerful modulation matrix, onboard FX, and performance workflows. Expect cinematic pads, punchy basses, evolving textures, and a few happy accidents along the way."

By very popular request, following the success of Lustral Vol.1. I continued on with the amazing PolyBrute 12, creating Vol.2 which features another 96 Custom patches, Leads, Basses, Classic Polys, Arps, Sequences and.....Binaural!! yes Binaural!
it is not s feature that was highly advertised by Arturia, (if advertised at all), but yes indeed the PolyBrute 6 and 12 can do 100% Binaural patches!
I will follow up in the coming days with a youtube tutorial on exactly how to get the binaural sounds from your synth!

"Third episode of the PolyBrute tutorial series touches upon, undoubtedly, one of its most important features - morphing and the expression controls. Throughout the video sound designer and composer Matt Pike guides you through its charms, showing the depths and sharing the tips on how to keep your sound in a state of constant flow and movement with the expressiveness in mind.

"In this episode of our PolyBrute tutorial series, Matt shows you the full extent of its FX capabilities. Fully-loaded with pristine digital modulation, delay, and reverb algorithms, these FX don't just provide the perfect finishing touch to PolyBrute's massive sound - they're yet another axis for its expansive expression and morphing features.

"Its a beast and as such does not deviate too far from the orginal synth in terms of the architecture. What it does have is double the polyphony at 12 voices, plus a brand new keybed which not only features Poly Aftertouch, but a new control paradigm called FullTouch which allows expression to be controlled from the moment you touch a key.
We reviewed the original when it first came out, we recommend you watch that for a deep synthesis dive. In this review we're looking at the new Keybed and FullTouch feature - it really adds some deep expression to the instrument.
The poly Aftertouch also allows for per voice morphing which really is a joy to play too (thanks to the question on Patreon by Steve Elbows on our preview video)
Another aspect is the stability of the tuning and calibration (_Truck asked about this) for 24 filters and 24 oscillators I found it very good, I only calibrated it once and didn't need to again.
Nice work Arturia, though its not what one would call affordable,I think it represents a reasonable value for money given the number of voices and features."
