Audio Rate Modulation on a Prophet 6 Analog Synth
video upload by The Worship Keys
Catch the full episode with Marcus Wiles:
EP #106: Prophet 6 Hardware Synth Rig with Marcus Wiles #prophet6 #worshipkeys
video upload by The Worship Keys
"This episode focuses on synthesizers with a deep dive on Marcus Wiles’ Sequential Prophet-6, while also thanking sponsor Aerospace Audio and highlighting their Arrow Pads app and Atmosphere Pads pedal features, sound packs, pricing, and routing ideas with Ableton. Marcus explains why he chose the Prophet-6, how its simplicity and poly mod section shaped his synth programming, and why hardware can feel more like an instrument. He demonstrates practical sound-design concepts that translate to any synth or Omni sphere, including using unison and stereo spread versus chorus, preparing patches for mono or stereo systems, shaping sounds with envelopes to turn a basic patch into bass, plucks, brass, and an 808-style sound, adding texture with audio-rate modulation and effects (including distortion after reverb), and using the Prophet-6 sequencer for writing inspiration. The episode ends with a call for viewers to submit their own key rigs and a teaser for the next episode on the Nord Stage 4."

WORSHIP MUSIC MEDICINE? | NOVATION MININOVA | A-122 StringTheory/A-108 CoolBatguano Combo
video upload by Microflat
"Listen to this healing patch combo suitable for worship, meditation or anything that assists the healing of your mind, body and soul. The 'A-108 StringTheory' floating patch in combination with the 'A-108 CoolBatguano' arpeggiator patch is delivered by baby synthesizer Novation Mininova. My my my, I love it! The keyboard comes in a nice blue color with 3 octaves and mini keys. Wow! Great sound engine. The chords played here represent my personal take on potential worship/meditation music chord progression. :o)
Video clips were recorded in 4K (60 fps) on a Panasonic Lumix GH5 and were edited in Adobe Premiere Pro running on a HP Zbook 15 G6. Audio was recorded in 96 KHz 32 bit directly into the Solid State Logic SSL 2+ USB-C audio interface via an Apple iPad Pro running Cubasis 3. All audio output has been processed in Adobe Audition for optimal broadcasting."

Moog Matriarch: 50 Poly (Paraphonic) Patches. Sound Demo
video upload by Anton Anru
https://antonanru.sellfy.store/moog/
"Welcome to the soundset for a semi-modular synth Moog Matriarch.
'Polychrome' is a collection of 50 paraphonic presets that includes vintage strings, lo-fi keys, rich pads, warm stabs/chords, bright leads, dark drones, generative-style and FX-like timbres. The presets vary greatly from the point of view of complexity: some are simpler and will work in any track and genre, some are experimental and will make your tracks sound unique.
The soundset is suitable for ambient, electronica, techno, minimal, deep, house, progressive, trance, psy, lounge, chill out, downtempo, IDM, industrial, breaks, drum'n'bass and others.
Matriarch suggests great tools for stereo sound: two filters, independent VCAs, BBD Delay. I modulated them a lot to create wide and beautiful patches, that can be hardly recreated on other hardware (especially analog) synths. Matriarch has an absolutely fantastic feature set and I tried to intensively use it to create exclusive timbres.
The soundset is presented in the form of PDF-Document. Each page contains notes that explain how the patch works, what parameters worth tweaking during the playback, how to develop the timbre during a performance. If you make all the settings consciously and try the things mentioned in the notes, you will learn many things about the synth and discover its true depth.
Each patch has an audio example, it helps to understand how a patch is supposed to sound. No external effects on Matriarch, built-in BBD Delay only.

BUENA PARK, Calif. (April 20, 2017) – Yamaha today announced the MX88, the latest addition to its popular MX line of synthesizers for stage and studio.
Equipped with 88 weighted keys, the MX88 represents the logical extension of the MX line, known for its high-quality instrument and synth sounds, deep computer and iOS integration, and with this introduction, a full-size keyboard featuring realistic piano action.
Connection to both Windows and Mac computers is a breeze, thanks to a class-compliant, bi-directional USB audio/MIDI interface. The realistic Concert Grand Piano sound has been optimized for the MX88 keyboard to provide the highest level of expression.
'The MX88 will appeal to players who need the touch and feel of a real piano with 88 weighted-action keys,' said Nate Tschetter, product marketing manager, Music Production, Yamaha Corporation of America. ROLAND V-COMBO VR-700 STAGE KEYBOARD NOW AVAILABLE
"The Best in Organ, Piano, and Synth Sounds for the Gigging MusicianLos Angeles, CA, March 18, 2010 – Roland is proud to announce that the V-Combo VR-700 Stage Keyboard (http://www.RolandUS.com/V-Combo) is now shipping. Featuring the best of Roland’s acclaimed Virtual Tone Wheel organ, full 88-key multi-sampled piano, and pro synthesizer sounds, the V-Combo is perfect for players who need an all-in-one keyboard for a variety of musical settings, including houses of worship, stage performances, and rehearsal studios.
The V-Combo provides an authentic sound and feel to satisfy any organ player. Using Roland’s Virtual Tonewheel engine, the V-Combo simulates the unique structure and distinctive sound of vintage organs. The new amplifier and rotary simulator faithfully reproduces the sound needed for jazz, rock, funk or gospel, while the 76-key waterfall action captures the feel of a vintage organ. Add an optional PK-25 or PK-7A pedalboard for a more console-organ type feel.
The V-Combo takes its lead from Roland’s popular instruments, including everything from expressive full key multi-sampled acoustic grand pianos, classic electric pianos, to realistic strings, brass, bass and guitar sounds. The 76 keys can easily layer two ensemble tones together, or layer and split with the organ tones.
In addition to the ten harmonic bars on the front panel, the V-Combo also incorporates a variety of expressive controllers for even more exhilarating performances. The red harmonic drawbar allows players to control the volume of the Ensemble tones. With the D Beam, players can create authentic organ-specific effects, such as wheel braking, or perform filter and level tone shaping on ensemble tones using an infrared light beam.
XLR and ¼" outputs make the V-Combo ready for any stage, while the USB port and Song Player function enables direct playback and control of backing tracks from USB memory. Keyboardists can also back up and recall Favorites and system settings from USB memory, making the V-Combo easy to share at rehearsal studios.
The V-Combo VR-700 is now available with a suggested retail price of $2,329.00.
