Patch: DPO Index Bus is modulated with the A-145 LFO. DPO MOD Bus Index is modulated with the Random Volt. from the A-118, DPO Strike (Fold) is triggered with the A161 CLK. Sequ. First patch routes VCO 1 to CV in of VCO 2, second patch routes LFO2 to CV in of the microzwerg.
Recorded with Ableton Live in 2 Channels - Channel 1 records mixed audio of the Microzwerg, Channel 2 records the VCO 1 of the Microzwerg. QuNexus controls Pitch of the Thesys sequencer and an envelope Generator of MAX for Live.

"Don't ask me how this works. When I route the LFO2 square signal of the MFB-Microzwerg into the CV 1-2 of the QuNexus I suddenly get a random sequence that seems to be in tune with the notes I am playing on the keyboard. No midi, no effects."

"This is a demo of a complex oscillator patch.
Carrier is the Tiptop Audio Z-3000 VCO Version2, Modulators are two A-110 Standard VCOs.
One A-110 VCO is routed in the wave shaper CV of the Z-3000. the other A-110 VCO modulates the frequency of the Z-3000 (Linear FM). The resulting modulated triangle and sinus wave of the Z-3000 can be cross mixed (morphed) through the Nord Modular. The wave can also be shaped with the wave wrapper module of the Nord Modular.

In the next video the signal is routed back in the Doepfer A-100 and shaped with the A 140 envelope generator, sequenced with the Urzwerg and delay is added.

No additional effects, no filters."

"Two A-110 VCOs are the modulators used to modulate via sine waves the frequency of the Z3000 (linear FM). Additionally the exponential FM input of the Z3000 is fed with an envelope signal of the A-140 ADSR. The frequency modulated sine wave of the Z3000 is amplified with the A-131 VCA & shaped by the envelope generated by the second A-140 ADSR. Added a delay in Ableton live, no additional effects. The sequence is done in Ableton Live. The A-190 Midi interface controls the three VCOs. After tuning all VCOs (it's also possible to tune the two doepfer VCOs when a sawtooth wave is sent through a patch cable to the ext-in input of the Z3000) the sequence is expanded from one step to 16 steps at 4:51.
