"This time, I'm not testing the DivKid patch, but my own humble idea.
It's sure, you can improve my idea. I didn't have time to do a better video, because I have to launch a new module this week...

At first, I'll using my Random*Source / SERGE modules.
And then, with my Dual Undula Oscillator. Because the VCO can work like a VCF, and th frequency can go very low.

So, why not testing it by myself ?
At first, I'll using my Random*Source / SERGE modules.
And stupidly, I was forgetting that my DUAL UNDULA OSCILLATOR has all functions to test the idea ! So I'm testing the idea with it.
And after that, I'm digressing around the stereo possibilities of my module and the MS (mid/side) option.

Ok, I didn't have a lot of time (busy after SuperBooth...) so it's a bit "from scratch"... Hope you will enjoy it :)"

With Chris from Moog sharing Rob Hordijk's trick to emulate reverb wth Ring Modulation in the recent Superbooth video, that of course sparked questions. So strap in with a brew for a time travel trip back to 2017 where Rob Hordijk gave a tutorial with his "poor mans delay" technique and stay tuned for going through the technique and method with us in the video. "I'm just receiving the XAOC DEVICES SAMARKANDA module !!!

The ultimate delay module ?
Maybe not , it needs some extra modules, maybe, like filters, or compressors.
But the best I know in the 'modular' spirit. And it's what I'm looking for.

Why ? because the module fonctionnalities are completely open. Almost all parameters are CV (or gate) controllable, and the 4 delays can be independante.
So, if I need more functionnalities, I can add them to the module by patching other modules: there are all the jacks we need.
Also, no sub menus or tiny screen.
It means that it can be deeply connected to all my other modules: the 'modular' spirit...

To show how this module is easy to use, this is really an 'out of the box' test. (for a result after a deep exploration of the module, see the very good demo that are already on youtube, from your favorit youtubers)

Audio sources are the DUAL UNDULA OSCILLATOR and the 4TOMS from LARIX ELEKTRO.

"WHAT'S THAT THING ?

This is a configurable multiple module.
There are two versions: 8 jacks, or 2 switches + 6 jacks.
Of course, the package include only one module, not the two versions !

On the back, for each jack:
- Access to the tip of the connected jack cable.
- Access to the Normaled pin.
With the jumper, it's possible to select which one are connected to the internal bus, to connect multiple jacks together like classical multiple modules.

One more jumper to connect the internal bus of the 1 to 4 jacks with the internal bus of the 5 to 8 jacks.

The version with switches has three pins on the back for each switches.

The module can also be used as an extension to LE modules with hidden functionnalities:
Like the 4TOMS or the DUAL UNDULA OSCILLATOR.

The module is also useful for all modules with access point at the back, or to hack/modify modules.

Cables, to use the module as an extension, are not provided with the module."

"The DUAL UNDULA OSCILLATOR is a dual complexe oscillator that has a lot of internal functionalities that allows a lot of various uses beyond a simple dual oscillator:

Full synth voice / Dual complexe Oscillator / Filters / MS processor...

The module has plenty of sub modules:
- 2 sinus wave VCO, that can works as filter.
- 2 wave folder each connected to one oscillator, with a VCA in between.
- 2 bipolar VCA (that act as lowres. Ring modulator).

Both VCA can be used inside a Mid-Side converter.
- 1 LFO
- 1 Attack-Decay envelope.

A lot of options are available on the back:
- Access points to modify the routing, or to add more I/O.
- All critical capacitors are through Holes, to allows easy modifications."

It's a full synth voice (means: don't need anything else)
With 2 VCO that can works as VCF too.
for each VCO/VCF:
- A Wave Folder
- A bipolar VCA (almost like a dirty ring modulator)
The 2 VCA can works Left-Right or Mid-Side (!) mode.

And to have a full synth voice, tere is one LFO and one AD envelope.
And a lot of inputs and outputs to cook noodles ;)
