Ensoniq Fizmo

"This particular Fizmo is a very early unit, as you can see from the photos, it has no serial number or the usual nomenclature on the rear panel under Ensoniq. The operating system (OS) of this unit is 00:01 as shown in the display, the very earliest. The demo feature and the reset to original presets feature does not come up on this unit, due to it's early operating system. That may not be important to most people because they would probably program their own presets anyway. I also noticed that if you give it too many rapid commands or ramp the knobs really quickly it will sometimes freeze. You turn the unit off and on and it resets and its fine, it's in no way a chronic problem, but needs to be disclosed and it is a typical problem with Fizmos if either via MIDI or manually its given more rapid data than it can process."
