Roland JX-8p Acid Demo
"This is a demo of the Roland JX-8p using a special patch I created to emulate TB-303 type sounds. Audio is run through a Digitech DF-7 Distortion Factory. This is an amazingly versatile synth and sounds great with effects. Check my other videos for more demos!"
Magic Table from Sean Lee on Vimeo. More info under interactive projects on http://seungjlee.com/ Be sure to see the other works there. Pretty amazing stuff. "Magic Table is a tangible user interface that creates visual effects and sounds. By detecting the objects and movements on the table, the table reacts by displaying visual traces that mimic the objects or movements with abstract sound effects." via Califaudio

Eventide has outdone themselves. This thing is fun! The "Quadravox" setting is super cool (listen to the last segment). It actually gives you four harmonies and you can offset their attack. This makes for some really great sounds that are sure to inspire you."
"The new standalone patchable synth from Doepfer, called Dark Energy. It will be shown at Frankfurt Musikmesse for the first time next week. Dark Energy is built into a rugged black metal case with wooden side plates. High quality potentiometers with metal shafts are used and each potentiometer is fixed to the case (no wobbly shafts and knobs). The distance between the controls is a bit wider compared to A-100 modules and knobs with vintage look are used. LINK"
