Crab Nebula - Planetarium ( Intro 3 20-08-2009 ) by crabnebula "chilled twangy guitar space synth harmony piano" via Bri on the Waldorf list: "The main essence of this track is made on the Microwave XT its a chill out Downtempo kind of track with my own twist i've never posted a track on here but its about time i did." Good example of scanning / tracking through wavetables in this one. For those not familiar with wavetable synthesis, think of each oscillator as a spreadsheet or table with different waveforms for each cell. Which ever cell is selected is the sound you hear. You can apply and LFO or ENV to scan through the wavetable resulting in a moving sound. The sound changes from one cell to the next with whatever speed you apply to it. Listen for the similar but morphing sounds in this one. The effect can be subtle or drastic depending on the wavetable.

The Blacet Binary Zone is patched into the XS CV input, the clock output from the BZ is firing the Blacet EG which in turn is going to the gate input on the XS.
YouTube via siedgey "**Apologies for the crappy sound quality - YouTube doesn't like sub bass!**
Thanks for checking this out! I had time today to record a new live techno jam - this on is basically a test of my shiny new Virus TI2 desktop. This beast is providing all the synthy noises, bassline etc, while the good ol' 909 provides the percussion.
All comments are welcomed, hope you have a sub woofer... ;)
"Our first shipment from Acidlab should show up sometime in the next week. Here is the Miami, an analog drum machine based on the Roland TR-808. We are also getting the Bombass in this shipment, and the Bassline2 will come in soon. We will update our website once the synths have arrived. LINK: www.acidlab.de/."

We found this photo while digging through older emails. Perhaps there will be some new Cyndustries designs available later this year? LINK: www.cyndustries.com/."
"The Hertz Donut is now in production and we should have stock in about 3-4 weeks. They are being factory-made and will return to The Harvestman in around 2 weeks. Add another week to that for testing, plus shipping, and then we should have them. We'll probably put up a pre-order shopping cart sometime next week. The price will be just over the $400 mark. Also in the photo is the patch that ships with the first run of modules. LINK: www.theharvestman.org/9791.php."
