This monophonic synthesizer with 3 oscillators is a modern musical instrument. If a player uses different musical effects (for example three-part unison, timbral glissando, frequency vibrato, timbre tremolo, decay, attack, strings.) a composition would sound in a new fashion. Sounding may be changed during the playing as well as timbre: special controls are provided for it. There is a possibility to record sounding on a tape during playing composition. This instrument can be successfully used in a variety ensembles. The elegent package made out of aluminium alloy and is covered with artificial leather. It is well protected by the light and firm case.

I wasn't sure if I was going to mention YouTube's anniversary, but seeing it mentioned in the description of this video, I figured I might as well. In case you didn't know, today is the five year anniversary of YouTube. I didn't realize how close it was to the five year anniversary of MATRIXSYNTH (the blog version that is) which is coming up on July 10. When I first started the blog, any video featuring a synth on YouTube went up. Same for Flickr shots. It's amazing how far things have come. Without YouTube and now Vimeo, we'd be missing out on so many synth videos. Happy Birthday YouTube!!!
"EML 101 semi-modular synthesizer from the early 70's.Was a answer from EML aka Electrocomp to compete with the ARP 2600 and Minimoog and Roland SH-5.Is actualy hardwired with patch points like the ARP 2600,Korg MS-20/10 to have more fun and experiment with your instrument while playing."
