YouTube via lividTV — May 19, 2010 — "Here is a quick video of the Ohm64 remote script for Ableton Live. This script was created by Mike Chenetz from max4live.info and it gives you APC40 style control over Live including the red box. No midi mapping required, total plug and play. If there is something else you like to see let us know and we will include it in the final version."
YouTube via cloudhop — October 24, 2008 — "This is the Sinfonia to Cantata 35 'Geist und Seelle wird verwirret' by J S Bach. It is played on a home constructed Moog Modular 3C I built from schematics about 15 years ago and am still completing. Some of the sounds have been sampled direct from the 3C when the tuning became an issue and the piece was not recorded onto tape, as was the original S.O.B's, but directly to digital multi track. YouTube via psyingo — May 18, 2010 — "Better sound quality this time.
this is perhaps the most extensively modded kpr-77 on the internets! not entirely done either. im still constructing a second breakout box for trigger outputs/inputs.
this is just a quick run through of the mods with the crappy internal mic on the camera. i hope to do another video showcasing the mods a bit better.
i still need to fix some things as well, some of the knob responses are backwards. this gets very close to sounding 808/606ish and beyond.
"This Korg Trident synthesizer is from the same era of great analog polysynths as the Oberheim OB-X, Memorymoog, and Roland Jupiter-8. It's often overlooked compared to those giants...but sonically it's just as much a heavyweight: Eight-note polyphonic synth engine featuring 2 discrete VCOs per voice (a rarity among polysynths) Beautiful SSM2044 analog filters as used in the PPG Wave 2.3 and Fairlight CMI Lush analog BBD chorus effect on string section for classic string ensemble layers Incredible on-board analog flanger...revered by many as the best flanger ever, period."
