Make Noise Rene 301 Jam

YouTube Uploaded by ISOTROPOSPHERE on Apr 18, 2011

"This is a long one as I was having mucho fun with this patch. This is a video which came about in response to the Vimeo video from James Cigler entitled "Rene 301Gettin' some touch". James' video tutorial on the Make Noise Rene sequencer was quite inspiring and I decided to take notes and re-create his experimental modes at home on my DFMZ modular synthesizers. This patch is from the third experiment entitled "Tenori-On mode".
My patch uses the Toppobrillo Triple Wave Folder modulated by the Vulcan LFO to spice up the Z3000 Sine waveform instead of the Frequency shifter that James uses in his patch. No delay on my setup, however I do have some Hall effect on the channel on the mixer. Thank you again to James Cigler for his inspiring tutorial series on the Rene sequencer, to Make Noise for the creation of the module, and to Analogue Haven for offering it to the consumer market.
