"For sale is a very special Sequential Circuits Pro One. It has a new custom wood casing made by Synthwood, including a blue illumination wheel mod and prophet 5 knob kit. The original knobs are also included. Mint condition and fully functional. Comes with original manual. The more sought after J-Wire version. Serviced last year and is fully operating at factory specs. New key bushings, calibrated, tuned, the works. See pictures below for more details. If there is one Pro One out there to get, this is the one."

"The Fast Five is a nice compromise between the raw sounding Fast 3 and the fully featured Professional. It is lighter than the Professional and taller and more stable than a Fast 3. Sound-wise, it reminds me somewhat of the Yamaha YC-20--both have a sophisticated sound, but can deliver classic combo cheese, if needed."

"The Professional is quite rare these days--especially one in great, fully functional condition. The Professional has a sound distinct from other Farfisas I've played. It sounds more 70's than 60's, though it is capable of the nasal transistor sound. It has more tabs and harmonics than other combo organs, in addition to a flexible percussion section and unique sustain controls."

Native Instruments Releases KOMPLETE 8 and KOMPLETE 8 ULTIMATE
"Berlin, September 1st, 2011 – Native Instruments has just released KOMPLETE 8 and KOMPLETE 8 ULTIMATE, two new software bundles that offer comprehensive assortments of professional instruments and effects for studio production and live performance. While KOMPLETE 8 has been further expanded to include 27 individual products at an unchanged price, the new KOMPLETE 8 ULTIMATE for the first time combines the full arsenal of Native Instruments' KOMPLETE Instruments and Effects range at the same substantial discount, with 50 individual products conveniently provided on a dedicated external hard drive.
Both new KOMPLETE versions are optimized for Native Instruments' groove production system MASCHINE, offering direct browser integration with attribute-based preset search as well as convenient automatic parameter mapping for the rotary knobs on the hardware controller.
