"The three built in demo songs of the Korg 03R/W Sound Module from 1992. To be honest, they're not very good. The demo songs of the Korg M3R were much better in my opinion and what's more, the M3R was released three years earlier."

"The four built in demo tracks of the E-MU Audity 2000 Sound Module from 1999. The Audity 2000 came before the well known Proteus 2000 line and it's many spin-offs, so it shares the same synthesis architecture. My unit has the Version 2 ROM which offers 64 voice polyphony rather than the 32 voice polyphony found on Version 1 ROM units.

This was recorded using an Alesis LineLink audio interface. Sorry about the slight clipping in places."

"i thought this might interest some of your readers:

the famous "advance mode", which allows tenori-on users to freely assign play modes to layers, also exists in the tenori-on ipad/iphone app "tnr-i".

to activate it:

1. start tnr-i

2. press and hold l1 + l5 + home button (to exit tnr-i)

3. double-click home button, kill tnri-app in multitasking bar

4. restart tnr-i

from now on, the item "play mode" will appear in the layer menu. (tested with tnr-i 1.2.2 on an ipad 2 and an ipod touch 4g under ios 5)

"This is a fully functioning early grey faced Tonus logo Arp 2600 v2.0 and companion 3604p keyboard. Please refer to the cms nexus for arp identification info, but this was probably manufactured in 71. It has the short panel height of 14.5 and silkscreen labels on the trim pots. The oscillators are 4027's and the filter is, of course, a 4012. All of the modules are original."
