"The Jen Synthetone SX1000 is a lovely old analogue synth, with a nice moog-y filter and a distinctive sound. Cosmetic condition is good considering its age - a few minor scratches to the case, but no major rust or flaking paint. Functionally, this synth sounds great. All keys work, and the various sections of the synth are fully functional. Some pots are slightly scratchy, due to its age and dust, but this synth is a doddle to open up and service, so accessing the pots to clean them should be easy enough. This could also mean it would make a great starting point for a synth bending project, as the components are well spread out and there's lots of room in the case for more."
