You are right that the AudioCubes have LEDs inside, but there is far more technology inside every AudioCube than you might think.

An AudioCube has four onboard infrared sensors (one on each face) to communicate and measure distances to objects nearby, digital signal processors (DSP), a USB-rechargeable battery, and a translucent housing.

"The MeeBlip SE is the latest version of our wildly popular digital monosynth. This auction is for a fully assembled factory demo unit in excellent condition (used in-house to shoot videos, so we can't sell it as new). It includes the latest firmware and 9V DC power supply (USA/Canada).

MeeBlip SE received Keyboard Magazine's coveted Key Buy Award in the May 2012 issue. Reviewer Francis Preve wrote, "it’s the features you won’t find elsewhere that give this synth some serious digital cred: stuff like switchable anti-aliasing, digital distortion mode, and oscillator FM.
