With the release of the SE, we also are providing a new "Ableton Mode" which introduces the ability to do instant momentary FX, and strips down the Traktor oriented midi information of the original Pro's and makes way for perfect integration between Ableton and the MF Pro. Onoue plays handmade ribbon controller.
It can change a oscillator pitch smoothly, depending on the place which you press down. It was originally made as a kind of MOOG SYNTHESIZER's controller in late 60's. I made this following its example. And playing style is self-taught.

- Pea PG Vox (relatively close to the "human choir" of the Roland VP330 with no strings)
- imported sample : PolyMoog Vox Humana for bass and lead parts
- mix "high pass heaven"
- mix "trancin" with arpeggiator

"I ran the unit in test mode, and it seems like voice chip number 2 is hanging and has a broken VCA. Voice chips number 1, 4 and 5 weren't working in a Filter Test, which probably means these voices have broken VCF. I also noticed Chorus Buttons seem like they are not working too, but everything else should be working fine to the best of my knowledge. Preset memories and writing function working well.

Cosmetically the unit is in a reasonably nice condition as you can see on my pictures. All the original switches, adjusters, and keys are in place and in good shape. Maybe a slight color aging on the buttons. Other than that there are few minor wear and surface marks here and there, most notably the marks shown in my picture #10, but nothing major.

Sold as is at a bargain price."
