"Using the QMVS-48 S-Trig cable from Synthesizers.com for the Gate ( with a Mono 1/4 to mono 1/8 adapter since the minibrute uses minijacks) and a ad infinitum cable for the pitch to control a 1976 MiniMoog. Works pretty well and sequences well from Ableton.
Being able to use hardware with a DAW opens things up.

also the sequence at the end is a NIN bassline from SIN. I did not adjust for for latency.
Any comments or something i missed or are totally ignorant about please let me know"

"For sale here is a Prophet VS rack. These racks are very rare, not many are still in existence and working. This one is a great shape, you can still easily read the LCD screen. It is fully functional. It has one mod: the slider cap was replaced with a more easily moveable rubber slider cap, to prevent it from breaking off. The original cap tended to be more difficult to use and would break frequently. I do have the original cap as well, so that will be included. Included in this auction is the Prophet VS rack, original manual, power cable, and RAM catridge model 240 to save and load patches. These RAM cartridges are also quite rare. The VS is an amazing ambient soundtrack sculpting tool, nothing sounds like it..."

"The Strings N' Things synth has 2 outs, one mix (Piano and Strings mixed together) and Piano (just piano). The string tones are a pad, and vary from a cello sound, to a violin sound. Definitely has that old analog vibe to it. With the ability to control the mix of piano and strings on the Mix Out, you can dial in some sweet sounds. The tuning on this sounds like a circuit bend and makes for some cool effects. It's been tested and is fully working, but the Mix out is noisy. The piano out, is about as quiet as it can be. All the pots are working and all the controls work. The highest G sharp and B keys are dead. It might just be a simple fix..."  More pics of the inside below.
