On the modular via Daniel's modular page: "YUSYNTH monophonic analog synthesizer built by the genius Pavel Vančura from Synthservice.cz in Prague. The building took more than 2 years. It has 3 VCO, 2 VCF (Moog and ARP 2600 filter), 3 ADSR, 2 VCA, 2 LFO, noise, S/H, and a mixer. It is similar to an ARP 2600, which I had in the 80th. Above you see from Synthesizers.com some extra modules: Slew limiter, Ring modulator and Fixed filter bank. I recorded the whole Well Tempered Clavier and the Art of the Fugue (5 CDs) of Bach mainly with this instrument. But also for strange noises this machine is great."

Do you remember Weinglas, the guy from Germany, dressed in black with black glasses, who wanted to paint the world black with his dark sounds. He is back, more black than ever, with his new release 'Game Over!' that sucks you right into a mostly desperate world full of darkness which even makes hell look (and sound!) like a nice place.

The work on this concept album about dangerous games and fallen angels helped Weinglas through some very rough times. He produced all tracks solely on a Buchla 200e pimped with a lot of tube modules from his friend Zerosum Inertia. And for the first time ever he only used black patch cords for this release.

So, be warned and listen at your own risk. But beware of your inner demons while you enter the dark dream world of 'Game Over!'"

"Almost everything have been tested on this synth and all parameters seem fully working: ADSR, Auto Glide, Portamento, LFO's, LFO waves form, VCO waves form, Frequency, Fine tuning, Ext Input, White & Pink Noise, Hi pass, Low pass, Resonance, Check Points, VCA, Low / Hight / Phone Output, 440HZ Oscillator, CV In / Trig In. The KYBD. Gate & CV Outputs have been tested with the 102 model a few years ago and should work perfectly. And all keys are working well. The VCF sliders are a little scratchy if you move them fast. And the VAC sliders and the phone level knob are also scratchy, but fully functional."
